John this is the most thorough chair yoga practice I've ever experienced you do such a wonderful job! I am also a yoga instructor and like to increase my awareness of other ways to practice other than traditional hatha or vinyasa yoga. this was a wonderful discovery!!!
Is there a special significance for 7 circles at heart center and what is the name of the mudra you seem to be using - thank you - I still recommend this video to new yoga students ... very well done and timeless relevance. Thank you
This is THE first time I"ve ever been able to complete a session. I've been trying a long time because of an illness. I had to modify just a bit, meaning I had to back off just a little on a few of these. Everyone else has us doing things I cannot do. Thanks John Wylie and PBSA.

Hi John. Just found you and your wonderful chair yoga flow!! You are very inspiring! The class has it all....grace, power, ease, and a dance like flow. Which leads me to the question ~ Are you a dancer in your other life? lol....I've only found 2 You Tube vids of yours or are there more?
