For me hozelock constantly leaked between tap and short hose from tape to reel at various places , no amount of tightening fixed it , new ones the same , they would pop out of the connections now and then , I needed to keep the water on to squirt cats in the garden but could not risk flooding the garden. Replaced with brass ones and so far seems to work.

Very informative video, thanks. What is plaustic? Just an addtional point worth mentioning, don't use the aquastop type connectors if connecting your hosepipe to a pressure washer as this can damage the motor.
I found this video after getting totally fed up with hozelock at mums place where the water pressure is very high. Perhaps not fair on Hozelock due to that pressure but I find the connections to be pathetically weak. I didn't know about the Pro so I suppose I'll give that a go. I'll also look for alternatives but my hopes are low. Thanks for posting your video.
Very helpful thanks. I've got a Park Tools sealant injector, so I'm hoping to remove most of the sealant before I try to remove the tyre. I'm not sure my tyre is going to come off that easily.

Hi I pressed the bottom to many times and only go forward for the date. How to get back to the date I need? Now it shows 2063 how can go c bc ack to 2023? Many thanks for your help in advance.
I found out how to do it! If you cycle the numbers by pressing in the button on end of the indicator it will go up to 2099 then go back to the current year displayed in your date and time.
Nice review. Thanks for your thoughts and advice. The placement of the unit out of the sun is a good idea. I may have to cover my unit with a towel for the summer period. It seems a good idea though to have this unit separate from the tap. I find the smaller units that attach to the tap directly allows end up twisting and causing a problem with leakage. Hey Ho!

@@ollyoverton5409 amazing! Thanks for sharing. Do you know what I’ve not managed to resolve either? The car has a pairing Blutooth mode, it pairs but only works for telephone, not for audio like Spotify. I had to use an extra device plugged in the aux for music. Do you have any insights on that?
