It is concerning how Depop fails to notice and acknowledge that their website has turned into a pornography site. This lack of oversight is both regrettable and embarrassing, and they ought to take responsibility for this oversight.
hi! question, when youre setting the price for the actual item itself, do you include the shipping price there too? i havent listed anything yet so im not sure if you have to actually tell the buyer what the shipping price is orrrrr, help plsss
When you are listing the item on depop there will be a separate option for the shipping price that you will have the buyer pay. You don't need to include it in the price
Depop support and customer service is really great at protecting people from scams and has always been really great when I have had issues. Scams definitely are not common on depop though.
So when i accept somebodys offer and they finally do buy one of my items, how long does it take for depop to send me a shipping label? Or how exactly does it work?
so when I list an item and it says the price "plus $6.99 national shipping", does that mean the buyer will pay for the extra 6.99 shipping or I will pay for that?
Edit: oops I see you have a thrifting video You are great at explaining things! • Love the rug! Do you photograph the items on it? • I’d love to see a video on your sourcing • Maybe a video on brands that sell well, unless that’s asking to reveal your secrets then I understand. • Love the pink poly mailers!! Thank you!
Great informative video! Not sure why selling on Depop has been popping into my mind the past few days. I’m waaay older than the Depop demographic and I don’t know what’s trending but maybe it’s those challenges that are drawing me in. I sell vintage glass/pottery etc on eBay so clothes are not in my wheelhouse. Maybe I’ll give it a go. Thanks!
Idt it’s cuz of my location cuz other Canadians sell but there’s no ship with Depop option at all. Don’t even have shipping under selling in settings. Once I make a sale what’ll happen? Should I just give up?
This is a lovely video, and I was surprised to see that you only had a handful of subscribers given the quality of your content. I hope that you continue to make videos :) If I can offer a small suggestion, for your next video, try looking directly into the camera instead of into the viewfinder. When you look into the viewfinder, it's almost like you're looking to the right or left of the audience, but if you look directly into the eye of the camera, it's like you're making eye contact. I hope that helps.
