hi! question, when youre setting the price for the actual item itself, do you include the shipping price there too? i havent listed anything yet so im not sure if you have to actually tell the buyer what the shipping price is orrrrr, help plsss

so when I list an item and it says the price "plus $6.99 national shipping", does that mean the buyer will pay for the extra 6.99 shipping or I will pay for that?

if I use pirate shipping how do i get the money to pay for the shipping without it coming out of my actually bank account?
