Hi! My name is Roos (the Dutch spelling for Rose!)

This channel is about making your life and home a bit greener and more joyful. Plants really helped me get through a burnout, the feeling of accomplishment when I couldn't do much else except take care of them was very helpful - plant therapy!

I also make videos about going on adventures. From plant shops and yoga to travel and living as sustainable and vegan as possible while still going with the flow. I make videos to help you find stillness as well as joy and pleasure.

Why me?
I've been doing yoga for nearly 20 years and I've been teaching for the past 10. I'm a fulltime yoga teacher in Holland and abroad (that's why my videos are in English) and I organise events and retreats.
