Not realy. You can measure it, but you only can feel it if you can compare a A2 1.6FSI (BAD) with this engine. I upgraded because the AVY can be upgraded with LPG (which was the main reason why I did this engine swap) and the other reason is, that the AVY is less complex and more robust. There are not much parts that break due to aging or heat stress.
Thank you for actually pointing out who this problem is so easily missed due to the fact the sound is actually so minute when the problem begins early. Eventually the vibration increases and you even find loss of power
Did anyone tried to put AA 1,2V Li-ION batteries instead Ni-MH? The technology of the battery should not negatively affect the function of the device - am i right?
I would guess that the device will operate with other cell technologies as long as the cells are charged. But I would also guess that it would be a potential problem and maybe dangerous to charge cell technologies which use a completely diferent charging process than Mignon cells.
petrol gearboxes from vw are piece of shit. very noisy. very whiny. i have an octavia 3 with 1.8 tsi and it's a gem of an engine, very smooth. UNFORTUNATELY it is paired with the manual MQ250. It makes a rattle in 1st and less in 2nd. feels very loose, it jolts back and forth. Hate it really.

Die Ursache hier ist ein Qualitätsproblem der Fertigung.

das ist bei den Motoren normal und egal. Ich hatte einen AUD (1.4 8V 60PS). Der hatte schon mit weit unter 100.000km nen Kolbenkipper. Ich hab den 10 Jahre später mit fast 200.000km am Tacho verkauft. Da nagelte der noch immer genauso wie 10 Jahre zuvor. Das scheint denen nix auszumachen. Meiner hatte nichtmal erhöhten Ölverbrauch. Der klang halt wie ein Diesel. Sonst lief der aber super.
well atleast your voltages show up as someone normal.... mine are showing 6-8 digits for temps.... I think I have a bad board, rma time! cannot control the stupid chipset fan in bios, or with atuning or anything.... have 00 error, however I've tried everything. Windows loaded, can play gtav for hours, ran cpuz stress test... swapped psu's... So it has to be the board.

Ho usato le Eneloop Panasonic da 1900 come suggerito da un utente . Ho tre tosatrici quindi ho preso per 25 euro il pacchetto da 8 batterie. Non ho estratto il perno come nel video ma usato uno spessore dietro la linguetta del contatto sul lato negativo. Funziona alla grande e con pochi euro ho sistemato le tosatrici del mio negozio di Como. Grazie e tutti per i consigli!
I have the same engine in a Seat Ibiza with 138.000 km. Does it work all right with 250.000 km? In other case, what's the problem? Greetings from Spain
