Bloop Animation Studios is all about teaching animation filmmaking. On this channel we post tutorials, video essays and animated short films.
My name is Morr.
I wanted Bloop Animation to not only be a studio, but also a place to share the process of making films.
I love teaching, and I enjoy the effect my tutorials and courses have on other filmmakers and animators, who are often pushed into making their own creations.
This is a place for both beginners and veterans. I know many people want to make awesome things but don’t always know where to start (or how). Some people just can’t find the time to follow their passion project.
That is what we're about - making animation, sharing our process, and inspiring action. I hope that sharing my journey with you will help you find yours
Hey I don't know if you will see this but I wanna say that I'm an multimedia arts student and in ur book is in my school's library and many of us read it so thank you for writing such amazing book
Quite disappointed in this course. Many things during the animation section was just a general talk through with timelapsed videos. You aren't actually taught to do the slow-mo scenes and other impactful character animation.
Fantastic overview of the five types of animation! Your clear explanations and engaging examples make it easy to understand the distinct characteristics and applications of each type.
I am really interested but I don’t see the point when a.i. Can generate animation in seconds, sora has shown this, I really would like to learn 2d animation but after sora and other a.i. Outhere I am not sure.
Questions 1. Do you match every square box scene with a specific dialogue line? 2. Is each box tagged with the scene it represents? A lot of questions aren't answered here. Not only that, but what about the artistry...AI is around now, should people who can't draw use AI tools or templates in 2024 and forward? How about an update...if not info will be found elsewhere, of course.
I have a question. Is there a way to make layers appear as the character turns? My character has features that only appear when he's looking to the side.
Great video!! Thank you for making it. Yeah, there is no clear path. I went to film school, became a stop-motion animator, became an animation supervisor, eventually started directing episodes and now in my 40s I've been contracted to direct a CG feature. Its been a long road, but all I can say is focus on your craft, your story telling skills, verbal communication and networking. And don't give up.
My bone dials do not stay attached. I managed to get eyes left and right (which was a bit of a struggle.) Then when I created an up/Down actions the left right disconnected and the up-down never connected. If I go into the individual actions. They work. I have 4 actions 2 for L/R. and 2 for R/D
THAAAANKS BODY A LOT!!!! I got your course about character rig... it was so helpfull... I spent so much time and money before to get nothing from other courses, but yours is the best among others... Thanks a lot
