Wareham Station has 0.340 million passengers a year and the footbridge is now in excellent condition. You never made it past the pub - like your style! Please have another go, follow the path from station, through the underpass (avoiding the main road) and visit Wareham Quay in the Saxon walled town. Enjoy a pint there on a summer's day overlooking the River Frome, it's fabulous.
