In the buyers agent concussions model the buyer will have 0 incentive to offer that money to their agent. They will of course use that money towards their closing costs etc when given the option. This business model in a lot of ways put the buyers agent completely out of business.
I’m in Vegas and I know already know of a brokerage that made their own forms and will not use the LVR forms for the buyer agreement because it flat out says “can cancel at any time” and it says when a buyer views the house(they are buying im assuming) they would like the BROKER present in that situation doesn’t say they need to be their though
Isn’t not allowing a seller to offer buyer broker commission on mls a violation of freedom of speech under the constitution ? - the highest law in the land
You realize if buyer broker commission goes away it will allow 0 room for a buyer commission on a transaction where buyer needs close/all of maximum seller concessions. Seller concessions were never intended for broker commission. This is an incompetent work around suggested by doj and nar

Aug 17th is the NAR MLS Guidelines/Rules change as well as earliest date for the class action notices for the settlement to be sent out. Court date for the settlement is Nov 26th

Great interview. Grayson reminds me of my son who played soccer, graduated college last year but has an entrepreneurial spirit and wants to work in real estate.
I did not interpret their comment as calling it dumb. He has choices, including college, which often burdens many people. Additionally, a big majority of graduates do not even use their degrees in their careers.
@@JaredJamestoday good point. I don't know anything about your son. I do hate how Realtors are always saying kids don't need a college education...education does nothing but give someone more options, which is a good thing.

Vegas agent here. Even though it said final, it’s not the final 😂 And regarding sellers knowing costs. I’m planning to do multiple bet sheets at different commissions paid on offers. That way they will know what to expect on their final net
I don't love Redfin's politics, but my clients love the app, bc it shows them commute times and all the major facts right at the top. Plus estimated payment, based on the numbers they plugged in (down payment, etc). I wish our app was half as good as that one.
