Between this song, Liar, and Hook in Mouth... solid album already. Not to mention In My Darkest Hour, which even the most casual Megadeth fans are aware of. Their cover of Anarchy in the UK is amazing as well. There isn't really a "bad" song on the album. I didn't quite appreciate it when I first heard it, but over the years, it's grown on me and it's hard not to mention it as one of the great metal albums of the decade. Considering the circumstances under which it was made, that makes it all the more impressive. It's a wonder it didn't all just go off the rails.
It's hard not to headbang to this song and other Megadeth material, problem for me is I have spinal issues and get headaches dizziness etc. Heavy gear like Oxxys and Valium help well it's not a good idea
i saw them one night when peace sells just came out , over kill opened up for them . was at a place called the boat house in norfolk ,va. i got right close to where dave was playing , i wanted to see if they really could play . oh hell yes . better than the cassette. i wonder if i was annoying him , i just stared while he played, amazing. took notes.
When the grandkids ask me what life was like when I was a kid, I pull out my old BC Rich and jump to about 3:04 and let 'em have it. There they are, wide eyed and speechless:)
Dave's lead is sick. As are most of his solos but this one is extra cat strangely. If I was in music school this is one of the things I would pick as a study to torture and enlighten my teacher and classmates with.
