It’s a shame they don’t do a clear coat as it would probably work on headlights after you have prepared them for sealing maybe. as it can give black plastic a permanent shine, why can’t it give clear plastic a permanent shine, maybe that’s just wishful thinking, as a lot of my old cars with plastic headlights need restoring because of fading. 🤷♂️

Nice info. i have nissan micra k12 2004,and i was wondering if i can paint the passenger airbag cover with duplicolor vinyl and fabric.The passenger airbag cover in nissan its something between vinyl an plastic, and it had lost it colour due to hand sanitizer .Is it safe to pain that part? I love this ! Out of all the videos iv watched you have explained things soo good . Plus subaru ! There is a justy for sale around here that I want to buy and put a ej 2.5 drive train in along with a homemade wide body to make up for the extra width of the 2.5 axles .

have a look a suberino automotives write on what needs to be done for EJ swapping the brumby/brat. from memory, the chassis rails need to be notched to accomondate the DOHC ej engines, epic build as always
You might be able to get started on the 3D stuff by using a laser scanned model from Forza/GT. Loving the glass work, but I do hope that leading edge on the front of the end-cap will get softened out, looks pretty sharp 😅 Would be quite cool if you 3D printed a new fog light blank where you can recess an LED strip or something in it to give some downwards lighting on a WRX/STI badge/sticker, or maybe brake duct cooling? 👀 Top stuff!
That’s a good shout dude! Don’t worry, the edge does have a radius on it, it just doesn’t show well on camera. Plenty of time to mess with things if I want to! So many options dude!!! Don’t want to go too crazy on the lighting front, but it would look cool 😂
When you blank off the indicators you should leave one side open and run a duct to the turbo intake when you wrx swap it or just relocate the turbo directly behind it. I love the look of a turbo behind the light.
Have I mentioned that you REALLY should do this stuff for a living?! I can't unsee the ur-Quattro influence to the front end - looks so good. A+ And I'd repaint the logo on the intercooler 🙂
Ah thanks dude! It’s definitely the dream to do this kinda thing full time. I’m hoping that if I put in enough time and effort into this it’ll open up the doors for me to do it full time. It’s all I want to do. I’ve been thinking about it 🤙🏻
