I enlisted in the Corps in 04/1989. I completed Boot-Camp successfully after 13 weeks of rude awakenings and some painful, stressful moments I'll never never forget! I earned the title:U.S. Marine.
I tried to get into the Marine Corps but a lot of things went wrong when I finally got the chance and now I can't ever. But the training I went through with the Pooles gave me one of the best times in my life and I now train with those times in mind. Semper Fi, Marines! 🇺🇲🗽🎇

My senior drill instructor is on this. His brother was blowed up in Beirut, Lebanon. Staff Sgt. Windom. Some thirty years later I remember this. He was a mean little dickhead, but guess what I’m sixty years old now and I’m grateful for that little fucker and every one of those bad asses that made me who I am today. I got out a Gunny. Hearing this breathes life into my soul. It’s not the same Corps today. It’s definitely not Chestys. They have homosexual and lesbian and etc. I’m glad I got mine before they put the ucmj in the trash can!
