50 years old, did my basic at MCRD Parris Island, and here I am decades later in the gym running to this on the treadmill at 15° incline,, Can't stop, won't stop, GET SOME DEVIL DOGS!
My cardio was terrible until doing our first company run in boot, sing the candences and you’ll be shocked you just ran 6 miles 😂, company runs was the most fun I had in boot.
Reminiscing my time in the Corps. Started running again and forgot how motivated and encouraging these cadence are. Part of my morning runs now. Thank you all involved in making this available to all the devil dogs that have left active duty.
🎶IF YOU DON'T USE PROTECTION, YOU KNOW WHAT HE COULD GET🎶 🎶 *DRIP DROP, DRIPPITY DROP DROP* 🎶 I ALWAYS lost my bearing at that line😂😂😂😂 AND YES---US WOMEN MARINES SANG IT TOO!!!😂😂😂😂😂
I’m 14 years old and I’m trying to get in shape and I just watched a big motivational video and decided that I would try to listen to these I would always get 12 minutes on my mile but I listened to this it’s all a mind game I put my AirPods in and started running ran the entire mile just under 10 minutes that was my goal and I finally achieved it, It’s all a mind game
I was in the same boat as you young devil dog. I was a chubby teenager living in the South Bronx with the goal of being a Marine. 30 years later I went from E-1 to E-9. Been retired about 2 years now and these cadences still motivate me too! Semper Fi little bro.
The Marines are great at driving things into your mind you will never forget. I am in my mid 40's and I can still remember my Bootcamp Battalion, Series, Number, and Laundry Number. 3rd Battalion, Follow Series, Platoon 3053, Laundry number 30. Oorah Marines, Semper Fi!
was told i have to drop 60 pounds to join, i’ve already dropped 15 and it hasn’t even been a month, this video has helped me so much with my breathing and staying on beat, with a little bit more of training and prayer i know that i can make it to my goal 💙🇺🇸🇺🇸
If you can drop the sixty pounds and show up in shape boot camp will be much easier for you. I was a knuckle headed kid back in 1998. It changed my life for the better. It’s absolutely worth it.
My husband did the same. He dropped about fifty lb in about a month, went to Parris Island, and is now a Marine! I'm so proud of him! And you can do it too! 👍
It helped me focus on my actual job and that was becoming a USMC. The grit was worth it. Now even retired I'm a better man with a a lot of will power to still be a marine
Thank you soooooo effing much for this. You have no idea what this means to have vol. 3 back in my playlist. This once was on Spotify 5 years ago, I would run everyday and in fact ran 10 miles one day my best. I had my jaw broken and when I came back to the gym after some time off the playlist was deleted from Spotify. The nostalgia I have right now no words can describe. Thank you.
Thank you so much for uploading. This is big motivation during runs. I rather listen to this other than music. Im former Army but too many singy songs on RU-vid with Army. I just hope RU-vid doesn't remove this like the rest. 💪🏾👍🏽🙏🏽
I'm 34 years old and just finally starting to have respect for our arms forces so be sure to question everything as like I'm speaking into my microphone maybe the words that I've typed or not you know really you know you know you know you know so no matter what yeah yeah yeah but careful what you put on the line Marines someone who wears your enemy you can find it find it find it
Can anyone help me? The baby marine cadence is awesome. At the 10 min mark he says, "cruise the ward and im lookin good" i cannot for the life of me get the next line. Google says "cleaning my gear like a jarhead should" but it dosnt seem like he says that. Any help would be greatly appreciated TIA.
