Can’t do foof without flavor. I prefer something like this.. Chickpeas, diced tomatoes, diced onion, use a small amount of potato, chopped mint leaves, lemon juice, chaat masala or tajin or whatever seasoning you prefer, and some tamarind water for tanginess. And that will be filling for a meal during lunch or dinner. Avoid unhealthy snacks and sugary drinks, drink plenty of water and get some exercise. But flavorless bland food long-term is not sustainable unless you truly develop a taste for it.

Please discuss a rarer result of type 2. My husband is so skinny it is terrifying. They gave him in testosterone to encourage muscle growth which helped a smidge but not differentially. He walks 1 hr daily. Eats organic. High quality protein, vegetables and fruit. We exclude all prepackaged food and anything containing sugar. It is VERY frustrating. Thank you

Im eating no fruit..Its not natural for humans. . Without planes and trucks.. no one is eating fruit out of season.. 2x a year

I had an A1C of 13.7 in March and 9.5 in June and now A1C is 7.9 in September. I am not at my goal but will continue my journey . I walk or ride a bike and do weights at home. I eat healthy. I eat green apples and broccoli and chia seeds daily

Don’t wait…..my late husband had A1C of 12.8 & did try, but sadly had a fatal heart attack months later…..please do your best🩷🌸

Ketosis is a risk...balance...eat veggies and protein first..then carbs. .take 30 minute to eat if possible
