You need some practice with your video. Talk less ! I tuned in to see the house, not the yard from the windows. Colors and carpet are all cosmetic and changeable. You went right by doors in kitchen, stairs to basement or panty? Closets in bedrooms? Don’t spin around so much and slow down! Do you have a reason for posting these or just an idea not well thought out?
At my house I am definitely stalked. Just last night we were talking about a very specific Rx cat food and when I went to my room and opened my tablet there was an ad for it on pae. Happens almost daily. We do have Alexa devices in most rooms. I swear that she listens to us.
I wondered what it looked like inside when it was up for sale. I drive by this house when putting food in the neighborhood pantry. It’s a very weird layout, I wonder what it might have looked like before some changes.
I would have loved to know as well! There appears to have been a slew of modifications over time, which is a shame. The interior does not match the candor of the exterior.
@@alexmc_realtor I tried researching the house after the video and couldn’t find anything from anything farther than like 10 years ago when it was white (no pics inside) From the looks of it, these people had been there awhile so it was probably changed many years ago.
I love the idea of video tours like this. My one ask is to be aware of how much you sway the phone side to side and up and down. It is seasickness inducing. Go up, stop. Go over. Stop. Go up, stop. That will help alot. Excellent idea amd a beautiful house Oh, if you doore can you name the size of the rooms hjen u are in them?

It feels as if the original floor plan has been changed. It just doesn’t look right. So to me it’s no longer historical. I like the outside more than the inside.
Kitchen is nice, as is😊. Really nice house with 3 (three) different carpets...the one in the office matches those in 3 bedrooms upstairs; the magenta bedroom has its own carpet; and the runner on the stairs and the throw rug in the dining room is nice too. That's 3 not counting tile and wood😊.
That's a nice house for a complete renovation. Love the big living room and separate dining room. The front yard is cute. The basement could be renovated to be a family room with a separate laundry room. The weird, secret, Flowers in the Attic needs to be opened up to reveal missing sqft and whatever else is behind those walls. The garden and chicken coop are a good idea. But, I would dig up the entire backyard out of curiosity first. That house has many secrets.

Not necessarily true, an armoire can be used in lieu of an existing closet. The bedroom must have reasonable window egress for a body, be no less than 7 feet in either horizontal direction, and no less than 7 feet high. An appraiser may disqualify a bedroom with an armoire that takes up the necessary SF to have qualified it as such, so a closet would have been ideal.

so many of the houses I grew up with ALL had the stash away table & the ironing board. Back then cotton and linen clothes had to be ironed. Folks went out pressed & creased. No ripped out clothes.
