Love your suggestions- Thank you. One of my teachers wove into her class the Yama- Asteya, non-stealing. If you are always late you are stealing someone else's time and possibly your own peace of mind. Stuck in my mind ever since
Listened to the first 30 minutes on my treadmill - AFTER doing my lower strength. I use books and RU-vid to decide what strength work to do. I have been doing the same exercises since 2012, adding them after shoulder rehab. I started squats and dead lifts at body weight. Went to straddle squats and am at 40 pounds now and at 30 for deadlift. As you can see, I take my time to level up. I have equipment in my house as paying for memberships or trainers has not yet been a priority - and I'm 72 so it may never be. I find doing the same exercises all the time made it easy when I was working to get it done every morning - nothing to think about, just do it. Now that I'm retired, I still do the same ones, but am leveling up more often AND occasionally try a new thing.
I wouldn't say this was simple. There are a lot of moving parts. It does look useful, balance training, healthful, strengthening, etc but i wouldn't say simple
Hello beautiful teacher. Pranaam 🙏🏽 I appreciate your free teaching tips very much. Thank you. I will be sifting through your posts and perhaps reaching out for some one to one or courses in the future. May I suggest, with all humility and only loving intention, that you introduce yourself to the watchers. I love Ally Boothroyd and her yoga Nidra and I appreciate that she always does this. Her name is her main brand and that is so powerful and personal/intimate. ♥️♥️ Om Shanti Trish Jankovic
Stop ✋ don’t give even your opinion on something. Be upfront by saying that you are not a medical professional and you can’t give them advice. You could however suggest a professional you trust 😉
That is a failure of the so called "fitness instructors" to understand of anatomy or fitness. Rounding your spine with added weight on your back puts to much weight on one part of the spine. It's fine to do without added weight. Nice to see someone who understands that
We live in a world of comfort so for many people any discomfort is seen as pain and while it may feel that way to them, it’s not actually “pain” they’re experiencing. I think that’s why it’s important to experiment everyday and really pay attention to what you are feeling. Great topic!
Well I have to thank you for being here, on RU-vid, making shorts, because I swiped to this short and it stopped me from continuing to swipe maybe not-super-useful content and reminded me I wanted to listen to this episode in full. And that's what I did. So thank you for being here! This conversation was really great.
@@MusicIsMyAeroplane09This is the best! I almost didn’t post this clip because these types of shorts get very little views. So I really appreciate you sharing this feedback as it’s a helpful reminder to post it all as people do see it 💜
Just discovered your channel. Love all the movements and exercises. Especially for those of us who are just getting back to exercising regularly. Really love the words you use to express the movement! Bravo 👏🏽
