while you're up there, it looks like the smokestack could use a little painting - you can choose from many different colors you know. Some colors are considered more "fashionable", others more "traditional". Looks like it might benefit from some Rustoleum possibly. very nice.
Try this.. it looks like the windows are under set a bit about 6 to 8 inches. It is possible to clean on your way up instead as well saving time. I do this when windows are under set. Stretch boom out to farthest point at bottom and work you way up!! Good luck!!
