Film simulations: sepia and b/w. Bought a lens shade that holds a 49 mm filter. It’s very sunny here in Florida so I can use the opaque R72 filter to get stunning infrared photos. Just put it on auto and the camera does the rest.
i get it, but i bought my x100v because of the leafshutter and the build in flash (and its looks) :) but as a fuji fan i would not hassistate to pick up a X10 :)
Yep it's a beautiful spot! And you can do some high tempeture testing on your Fuji camera's!😅 Do you use a nd filter on the X10? Because the light is very intense in Dubrovnik.
@@TommyNordpoleon the Dutch beach i use the EXR DR 1600 mode..if you have the sun in the right or left corner in front of you the high lights over the sea will blow out.

Nice video! One question,how you deal with the people you are photographing?You ask them one by one if they are ok to give you permission to publish the photos? And if so,do you give them some sort of paper that they sign to prove that you have consent?
Thank you! „I shoot first, ask question later” I try to be not intrusive with my actions, small camera definitely helps to stay low profile. I had maybe 3 situations in my life that someone approached me and asked to delete the photo and then I do that without hesitation. Having a fight over the photo its not worth my time. About the consent, its still a grey area, If someone can prove that they are in my picture and they don’t want it I can take it down, but never happened to me. Cheers✌️😊
Love the video and your photos. Like you, I like to try to find "beauty in the mundane" and I also prefer the overall image quality of the the older models to the high megapixal models of modern cameras. Keep up the great work!

You had to look hard for some flaws. The camera will do more than I need, not less. The optical viewfinder is great on a sunny day which washes out the display.
TheX10 does it all, stills, video, panorama, film simulation. The best feature is the 28-112 zoom - very compact. The. 100 V has a fixed lens. You can focus the X10 down to 1”. I use it with a R72 opaque filter to take infrared pictures handheld. Picture quality is excellent.

👍🏼 For the max shutter value when shooting wide open. I bought a used X30 a few days back and took it out yesterday for some street shooting in sunny Singapore. Lots of blown highlights 😅 but love the camera. Still figuring it out

I have both and disagree, its a nice camera but doesn't come anywhere near the V,lol and re the canon lenses get me some of those drugs your taking lol.
@@chrisbusby4395 I agree, Its just a personal opinion. X10 is only 12 Mpx. Of course there is a huge gap between this cameras. And they are made for different type of photographers. Its full of limits, but do the job really well. I also enjoy both cameras on a different days! :) Cheers✌️😊

I own X100V for a year already, that video was more of some personal thought in a way thinking “Less is More” or Older cameras are not so far behind the new ones. Actually I start to enjoy X100V more and more, and start to think X100VI could really nice. Cheers ✌️😊
