If you turn the fabric inside out and press it onto the under eye , then stretch a roll the fabric back over it u have less trouble gluing the fabric on
Thanks so much. Where I live we only have 1" foam so I'm going to give it a shot. I will credit you in my videos! Thanks so much, your like me, giving our templates away to help grow a homegrown cosplay Community. You get a sub!
I've always had a problem with the decorative stitching. It's even harder after my rental reattachment operation. You did a GREAT job. Can you could help me in doing mine. Again great job Jay
Ok so I know I am super late to the party but I have to ask you something. On the zig zag stitches that you use, while making the body suit, you did not stretch the material while sewing it. It looks like, to me that while sewing it you allowed it to go through the machine as if it were regular non spandex material. Is that because of the zig zag stitches? I watched a video a while back and the person sewing spandex in that video used a straight stitch and they pulled the spandex material tight. So what's the best way to sew it?
Crazy how this was shot 7years ago, and it's extremely useful to me right now. Thanks for the template, you're a hero. The explanation is soo succinct, and I'm not even a tailor or something like that. Thank you very much for this.
-"God, tax season is gonna kill me!" Superman: "You could simply just not paying taxes." -"What? No, you have to pa...Wait, have you been paying your ta..." Superman: "UP UP AND AWAY!"
Okay, now that I have the concept, I see that it can be done with a complete muscle suit... so sir, I have a question. Why are people always talking about gluing the muscles down, then glueing another suit down over it. This seems much more practical and in my eyes allows you to contain the muscle while maintaining its position and shape. I have to do this now. Why is this not standard? This is higher quality. Add some air brushed shading and it is a very high quality product.
In essence you simply have more lines to stitch over to make more pockets. End result though? A muscle suit you can keep hygienic. Bravo kind sir. Bravo. Thank you for the much needed education.
Dude! Your AMAZING!!! Im making my 4 year old nephews Halloween costume. Ive been working on it for a month using cosplay techniques. Its amazing but I had no idea what to do for a cape. Have you ever tried doing this with spandex type material? I ask cause there are tons of superheroes who's costumes look like the boots are attached to the costume in one whole piece
