post op alignment can be checked by itoric app.. But the post perfect and most accurate way is to do the way i have shown. You can download a protractor image from the web

Beautiful surgery Dr Zain! I've had some experience with rigid IOLs in camp cases. I prefer to suture all my corneal incision extensions, as even trivial trauma can open up these 6 mm wounds. Making a superior scleral tunnel for rigid IOL implantion also works well and is my preferred technique.
