Very cool! Thanks for sharing and picking up the trash! I have a detector and have only been out a few times. Where did you buy your scooper? Thanks and have a safe holiday. Dave
Many years ago I almost lost my wedding ring when it came off while I was field dressing a deer, in the dark, in a grassy low spot. My hands were cold, and it slid off. Luckily, it hung up in the grass before falling all the way down into the mud. Since then I wear a rubber ring when hunting, fishing or doing home construction work. Great find. I hope the owner comes forward.
Great video man!! Nice fish! I just made a pike fishing video for my channel!! They’re always a fun time! I love watching your videos man, keep up the awesome job! 🤜🤛🤝
Appreciate your enthusiasm and taking the moment to enjoy the morning! Our lake place isn't too far from you and every year when the bait shops run out of leeches, our fishing kinda stops. But not anymore!!!
That looks like fun! 14-15” largemouth are great eating. Snip a gill, then get on ice. Tastes like walleye. I like how the crappies were not harmed in this video, lol
I'd still prefer to catch them on an ultra-light rod. Looks like a total blast, though! I miss those Wisconsin Friday fish fries! They do things a lot differently out here in Maine.
You can select what fish you want more accurately spearing than you can with hook and line. And with hook and line you have a higher mortality rate than spearing fishing when you select what fish uou are harvesting.
Awesome video. That looked like alot of fun. Great to Sydney out. I enjoy watching your videos. Keep up the great work. I need to meet up with you both
you know why you can find blood suckers in a lake and not leaches ? because fish don't eat blood suckers. If you have any questions on leach trapping just ask, I used to do it commercially for years.
@@Wisconsin_Fisherman just like the pond you are at , as for traps there are a few different ones but for testing what you are using works. what you need to do when testing is get out in a canoe and put out at least a doz traps all over. also with using chicken livers leaches, blood suckers and minnows will pull it out of the trap or they will eat and leave for some reason. if you can try beef kidneys . If I am correct you are by Hayward and I am less then a hour north of you.
