Since your father was interested in the Intrepid Museum, if he ever makes his way to New Orleans, then make sure he visits the World War 2 Museum. It shows the lead up to, entry into, and conclusion of, the war on both campaigns - the Pacific/Asia and Europe. It’s very interactive as well, as you start off by riding a makeshift train as if you were a 17/18 year old recruit who was just drafted, and being shipped overseas. You then follow the recruit’s journey thru the war as you make your way thru the Museum. You could easily spend an entire day there, if not two. It’s one of the top rated museums in the US, and for good reason. Yeah, it being Memorial Day weekend likely saw the increase in visitors to the Intrepid Museum, hence it not allowing more visitors. Congrats on your constant growth of subscribers. You’ll get to 10K in no time.
I love the Empire State Building it’s magical to go up just before the sun sets and you experience daylight and darkness ! Love walking along the Hudson ! Loved going up to the crown of the Statue of Liberty! Loved the twin towers except right at the tippy top , as soon as the air hit me I became scared lol ! Very lucky to go up there a couple of days before the towers came down ! Love NY you are bring back so many memories !
Great, relaxing day which everyone needs when visiting Orlando. We went to that Cheesecake Factory in March, always order the cheesecake to go & usually end up having it for breakfast the next morning! Going back again in September & can’t wait 😊 Always enjoy your videos
Our current Florida vlog series we did all on James’s phone. I think if you have a good iPhone (never had an android so can’t comment) it’s good enough, but I do think your camera is better quality and we would benefit from mics 🎤
@@t-jtravels Love all these Disney friends near by 🤗 They have been so helpful as we have a trip to New York later this year and a trip to Orlando next May! We’ve already added the black tap to our New York trip 🫶🏻
@@amyrosannagentry8821 that’s so good. Any questions please don’t hesitate to ask. We have some more good restaurants coming on the next couple of vlogs too 🙌
@@t-jtravels thank you so much ☺️ the only thing we really want help on is how to use the subway! Hoping the city mapper app will help 🙈 Will keep watching regarding restaurants 🤗
@@amyrosannagentry8821we personally watched a couple of vlogs on it but still struggled so maybe just didn’t watch the right vlogs lol. I would defo do some research but using Apple/google maps helped us. It said what station to go to and what lines to take etc
Great video and what a nice pre and travel day , we always stay at a hotel the day before as it starts the holiday in a nice way meal few drinks that’s it . Nice flight and I also go for a mooch around the plane . Cheers the both of you and onto day 1 , appreciate earlier top man and of course top wife 👍
Riverside is our home away from home infact we are going to be there in 87days and counting and the cheesecake factory do they still have the artichoke hearts and boat rights is fab I recommend the rib eye and my husband loves the boil up also the walk to French quarter takes around fifteen mins which isn’t far it looks bigger than it is xxx
Is the gym brand Jess mentioned on a previous blog - Adenola? Just discovered them. Wondered on the quality? Enjoying the series so far. Making me far too sad at no current countdown. 😢
I smiled at your comment while in the Nike store how there was more for Jess than you, Tom. I just watched a vlog by Sam and Kiera (from UK as well). They went to the Nike store and he found many more items than Kiera. This is why people need to watch more than one vlogger. Everyone has different perspectives. I need to watch your new NYC video now.
Love the farmers market at celebration! Great vlog love going to the premium outlet at Vineland ! My favourite mall is mall of millennia we always go to brio Tuscan grill for lunch
Port Orleans Riverside is our “home” resort. We just love it there! You are correct, it is a large resort but Caribbean Beach is actually larger. POR has more rooms but CBR has more acreage.
I’m off to Florida in two days, super excited and this vlog got me just in the mood after a stressful week moving house! 🤣 French quarter is our home resort… you should deffo stay, it’s so nice always being close to the amenities because it’s so small, and the boats to springs are to die for! Loving the vlogs ❤
I did so much walking last time I was in NY I had to go to Footlocker and buy two new pairs of trainers in a size bigger as my feet were so swollen 🙈 xx
Great video, would actually love a video on your guys story like how you got to where you are now and things. Defo inspiring with the barber shops/property etc !
Thank you and we have been asked a few times to film a Q&A so maybe we will do that and chat a bit more about everything. Thanks so much for the kind words 🙌
You guys’ Florida vlogs are my absolute fave 😍 please could I ask how you booked the football game? We’re going to Florida next year and really want to get a sports game in of some sort, but don’t know how to go about doing it 😂😆
Hey both, loving the series. Plenty off walking. I reckon on these big city breaks that you should have a step count pop-up in the corner at certain times.
Love canal street, brings back memories! Love Manhattan so much it’s been such a long time since I was last there ! We used to get the subway to Brighton beach and walk along to Coney Island and people watch ! We used to alternate NY following year San Francisco ( jan holiday ) 5 nights then 9 nights wdw or Disney land lol
