I remember as a child watching the news about the Apollo 13 explosion and the Apollo 11 moon walk. My Dad even bought a color tv to watch Neil Armstrong’s first steps. It had a giant 13-inch screen, so we all had to sit really close to see it.
I loved Kennedy Space Center, found it more interesting than I thought I would, having a Starbucks on the journey is as important as putting fuel in your car lol. I'm not quite Suffolk but Norfolk. Doing first Disney Cruise in August from Southampton. I cannot wait.
Originally from Felixstowe, now in the Midlands but parents still in Debenham so there are regular visits to Suffolk. Love the chilled approach to Orlando, me and my husband have the same attitude when we go. If you’re looking at other after hours events you definitely need to try for Orlando Informer at Universal at some point!
Debenham isn’t far at all 🙌. Lovely place. It’s more of a relaxed one that suits us, it’s not for everyone but sounds like you guys like that too. The Orlando informer we have looked into for the end of this year. Should be a good one 🙌
We really want to do a cruise too. I'm not a fan of cruises but will make an exception for a disney one lol. Hubby is considering one in few years perhaps. Went to Kennedy space centre when I was little back in the 90s but so want to re-visit as hubby has never been and hopefully our daughter will like it too lol
Thanks so much for the Kennedy Space Center footage! Brings back memories. Dating myself but went there as a kid week before the first moon landing launch. Saw the rocket on the launch getting ready. Proud of all those folks that got that done ! Less than 70 years after first flight in NC 1903. Amazing
you guys are NOT boring for being excited to go through the starbucks drive thru!! it’s always fun to do new things! i personally was excited because you guys were excited even tho i live in florida 🤣 love the vlogs keep it up!
You must do a Disney Cruise, I just did the 3 night Bahamas trip on the Wish from Cape Canaveral and you guys would absolutely love it. I actually cried when I got off, it was such a beautiful ship and a magical time.
Been on a handful of Disney cruises. A few quick words of advice. The wish is new and expensive and not my pick for first cruise. Do 4 nights at least to experience all the dining and try a premium dining (palo brunch best pick). Get to castaway or lookout as soon as they let you off the boat to get over to the adult area and get a good spot. Unless you truly want to see Nassau or whatever port of call just stay on the boat and use port days to experience all the on boat activities instead. Bahamas ports are pretty lame in my opinion. Do room service at some point as it’s free and it’s fun to eat in the room sometimes. Get an inside room for your first cruise. Everyone wants to get a veranda because they think they will watch sunrise and sunset on them but on your first cruise you will be experiences the boat so much you won’t be in your room very often so save the money and get a cheaper room and just get to the open decks early in the day to get a good spot to see the sunrise etc. way more words of advice but these were just a few.
I second that, do four nights on the Fantasy or Dream if you can. Cheaper but lovely. We board our tenth DCL next year, love them. A great way to see loads of places. Alaska is a must do for everyone I would say, at some point.
@@t-jtravels Love all these Disney friends near by 🤗 They have been so helpful as we have a trip to New York later this year and a trip to Orlando next May! We’ve already added the black tap to our New York trip 🫶🏻
@@amyrosannagentry8821 that’s so good. Any questions please don’t hesitate to ask. We have some more good restaurants coming on the next couple of vlogs too 🙌
@@t-jtravels thank you so much ☺️ the only thing we really want help on is how to use the subway! Hoping the city mapper app will help 🙈 Will keep watching regarding restaurants 🤗
@@amyrosannagentry8821we personally watched a couple of vlogs on it but still struggled so maybe just didn’t watch the right vlogs lol. I would defo do some research but using Apple/google maps helped us. It said what station to go to and what lines to take etc
I think it's kind of fun to watch you guys being excited for US starbucks drive thru though it's always good to try new things! Another great vlog as usual we soldier on to Day 5 which I can't wait for! You guys looked like you were having fun at the Kennedy Space Center!
We live in Thurston 😊 randomly came across your videos as we come out to, not just Florida but the US often and love watching vlogs! Enjoy watching your videos!
Great video and so glad you liked the Space centre as we did back in 2018. A great way to spend the day. Thanks for the detailed out of hours cost and experience. Great video❤
You will love cruising! We have done 7 nights on the Fantasy twice and we are booked on the Wish for four nights this summer…highly recommend! We book verandas as there is nothing like having room service delivered, and being on your veranda to watch the sunrise is something that words cannot describe! I’m excited to go on the wish but I really wish we were doing a seven day lol
Thank you for stopping and chatting to us at this after hours event . It’s always good to meet the vloggers that got me addicted to Ghost Energy Drinks 😂 Keep up the amazing vlogs. Lee & Andrea
Hey, we remember that conversation 🙌. Hope you guys enjoyed the rest of the evening?? Haha we won’t take the blame for that but they are a tasty drink 😂⚡️
That brought back memories when you went to Kennedy space Centre the first time we ever went to Florida was in 1995 we went to the space Centre and we couldn’t actually get in because the shuttle was taking off so we drove to Cocoa Beach and watched the shuttle take off from there. It was amazing. We have been before to Florida many but have not gone into Kennedy Space Centre. We are planning to go again in September 2025 and we are going to go to Kennedy space Centre on that trip.
I’m not quite Suffolk, but am North Essex! (Colchester). I haven’t done a Disney Cruise but I have done one with RCL from Fort Lauderdale and it was incredible! xx
We are in Downham Market in Norfolk which is not too far from you. Love watching your vlogs! We are staying at AKL in august and can’t wait! Xx hope you had fun guys x
My recommended method of doing all of the rides at an EPCOT After Dark Event is to start at 7:00. The party doesn't officially begin until 10:00. But they will let you in with your special ticket as early at 7:00 Immediately knock off Space Ship Earth, Nemo and Friends (aquarium) and Figment before the fireworks. Those ride are always a walk on by that time of the day. Then work your way around World Showcase enjoying the vibes (drinks?) until Fireworks - it won't really matter where you watch them, as long as you are somewhere around the lake. After the fireworks, give the day guests a few minutes to head to the front of the park before you head to Remy's, Frozen, and the Mexico Boat ride. That leaves Test Track, Mission Space (vomit machine), Guardians, Soarin', and Listen The Land to finish up the front of the park. It is very doable.
You will love the Disney cruise line! I can’t wait to see those videos! Do you have a date yet for cruise? We have been in 4 Disney cruise about 12 in all lol
Hey love your videos. I saw that you looking into Disney cruise. Adam Hatton is a RU-vid too and he’s done loads and gives good advice and also have a book about Disney cruise. Good idea to check him out. 😊
We live in Red Lodge! Wife and I went to school and met in BSE, now married with two kids and we visit Florida every year or two. If you know of any local spots that sell Ghost help a brother out!
How much did you rate the after hours. We are going in the summer and have been looking at the Hollywood Studios after hours so would value your opinion. Loving the vlogs so far😊
Thank you for the videos, we always enjoy watching. Can I ask…. Do you need a daily park ticket as well as the after hours event ticket or is it separate? Thanks
