@@mr.tanalakis we have same hand size, but i weigh 67kg. I can currently almost close a #2. I have done grippers for maybe 1-2 months. How long do you think with consistent training i can close the #3?
You are so strong! I am struggling with Cc 2.5 but will pass it before the end of the year. Will invest another year to then pass No. 3, but that remains to be seen
its been almost 4 months since i've bought hand gripper i got the one that has adjustable weight and it has something to count aswell been doing the one when u hold it and let go i do 60 each hand i can see the effects i haven't heard of the technique you've been doing im trying it out Gonna hold the hand gripper for 1 minute i can do that since 4 months wasn't for nothing my forearm is stronger then before thank u for teaching me about this new technique let me know how long you've been holding the hand gripper at first.
@@SosukeAizen-pb9lu max effort hold at last rep. Also aim go for 10reps so you need a harder gripper. You are training endurance more if you do a lot of reps.
Hey young man! I've been training coc since my 40s and it is impressive to see what young guy like you can do keep it up i am 72 this year you should keep it up and close 3.5 i can only close the 3 now
Bro i got an 175lb gripper off temu for free and can only close it for 1 rep but i gotta press in on my leg to close it….😭 Teach me your ways man. I think its like slightly higher than a coc 1.5 in lbs.
Do reps with easier gripper if you dont own a easier gripper do reps as much you can move it. Also learn how to set gripper. Setting plays big role in grippers.
Hi I am 17 and have trained grippers for 1 months and just closed a 2.5 rated at 122 with a relatively deep set. When I started I could close the 2 for 1 rep max. How long do you think it will take for me to close the 3?
I cant answer when you will close it but i can give you some tips for closing it faster. Btw you have very fast progress 💪🏼. Dont overtain and rest some days between grip Training sessions. For me after trying some defferent rest plans i found that one day grippers one day off works the best. Also when you do more than 10reps on a gripper its time to move on to next level gripper. Coc 2.5 to coc 3 is big difference but it is possible to achieve it of course.
@@mr.tanalakis ok thanks. Should I always do the same training? Like using the same gripper for a few sets. Until I can do 10 and then move on. Or should I eventually do some days with more reps or less reps or something?
