Yep love watching his progress. He and Ivan and nathan holle really made me take grip trainining to the next level. Also learning bruce lee train grip almost every day. The overall body strength you get from grippers and pinch block and wrist rolls is no joke
i bought a wrist roller but seen people so do hold it out but hold it close to you as possible so your not involving the shoulders? just bought some COC grippers too level 1 but cant close it any tips ? thanks
i involve Shoulders in wrist roller because they are weak and i want to make them stronger. Have you tried to set the gripper? It Will make the close easier. i set grippers because i can get pinky on gripper handles with that way. pinky gives huge power on close.
Good exercises man! Inspiration I just created a homemade wrist roller, and this exercises gives me the most forearm pump out of everything Ive done.. I might start uploading more videos ..
@@mr.tanalakis Yes My gripper technique improved, and my reading went from 56kg to 65kg for dominant hand. I only did that once and haven’t come close again
