Yep love watching his progress. He and Ivan and nathan holle really made me take grip trainining to the next level. Also learning bruce lee train grip almost every day. The overall body strength you get from grippers and pinch block and wrist rolls is no joke

Would you say your wrists or arm got bigger or your veins close to the arm after using the gripper

my forearm got bigger from gripper. i didnt notice change in wrist.

i bought a wrist roller but seen people so do hold it out but hold it close to you as possible so your not involving the shoulders? just bought some COC grippers too level 1 but cant close it any tips ? thanks

i involve Shoulders in wrist roller because they are weak and i want to make them stronger. Have you tried to set the gripper? It Will make the close easier. i set grippers because i can get pinky on gripper handles with that way. pinky gives huge power on close.

I want to increase my grip strength and have huge forearms like you man! Do you only train your grip strength?

i do some pullups and chinups but not with program. and grip training of course. recently i started training biceps

Good exercises man! Inspiration I just created a homemade wrist roller, and this exercises gives me the most forearm pump out of everything Ive done.. I might start uploading more videos ..

It’s very odd, I have improved in Captains of crush but my hand dynamometer readings having barely changed..

did you imporved your technique? also in hand dynamometers i have distance plays big role on the score.

@@mr.tanalakis Yes My gripper technique improved, and my reading went from 56kg to 65kg for dominant hand. I only did that once and haven’t come close again

@@jordostuffaround2369 9kg difference is big. give it time. it took me about 2 years to close the 2.5 with deepset.
