I miss the beautiful haircut he had in the show with his glossy hair falling over his forehead. And clothes that fit. And his performance was more smooth. Of course, actors always say auditioning is hell. And I believe them!

I'm pretty sure I listened to Love Virtually several years back, but I didn't realize there was a second part and thought it just ended on that dissatisfying note lol. Glad I found Every Seventh Wave. This situationship was so dysfunctional, but I'm glad it got a happy ending nonetheless.
I want Campbell to have his own spinoff show, where he meets another person with bipolar disorder and he helps them because he know how hard it is for them, and then that person takes over his station when Campbell retires
Before this, I had never heard of Taking Over The Asylum and I knew nothing about it, but after watching this, I feel like I understand the story so well. I absolutely love Tennant as the 10th doctor and as Crowley and its fascinating to see him so young.
I would LOVE to see him perform this whole thing again today, just to see what he does differently. Unrelated, it's INSANE how well invested I got into this, just an audition.
I watched this series when it first aired and thought it was brilliant - and David Tennant was brilliant in it. I had to wait a very long time to see it again - when he became The Doctor - and it had lost nothing in the intervening years. The man is pure gold. As the Doctor he was lovely, as Denis Neilsen he was utterly terrifying, but he makes every role his own. Love him to bits.
Re-watched this series recently and it reminded me of how much I loved Tennant and Colman's chemistry as screen partners. His remark that their 'not exactly Cagney and Lacey' made me laugh. 😂
