Its amazing how this man carry the love and hate of the whole world and continues to preform at the top of the sport for all his life. I hate to say this but when messi retires football will die with him.
Like many Italian i was born in a black and blue house like dad and grandpa... But i stopped watching football actively after 2010... I was happy enough for the rest of my life and sometimes when something good happens i still find myself screaming "Milito non sbaglia mai!" (Milito never miss) Like the commentator in UCL final with Bayern Edit: not the commentary shown here in the video, but the one aired on the public television by Sandro Piccinini
its harder to stand out in a team that has less quality players around you chelskie had millions, an great players around lapboard, Gerard had igor biscan ,vladamir smicer , milan baros, jimmy traore , rissa, harry kewel when he was on his way out, steve finnan for fuck sake , it was only in his last years he had a little quality around him , he picked thge team up with the scruff of your neck single handendly that why he wins for me
Quaresma was one of the most naturally gifted ballers. Complacency set in though it feels like, and he never really developed his game much. Such a shame too because between him, Ronnie and Nani - we could have had the worlds most devastating international trio. All 3 of them extremely skillful and flairy, very fast, could find the back of the net with both feet from any distance and had great passing range and link up play... would have been early 2000's Joga Bonito all over again.
