True fact this interview doesn't goes who it should be special in Nagaland. NPSC interview is no more a legit if you have experience in you know how the system work here. It's either my candidate or our candidate at the end.

Now I know that there is a feeling that why should outsiders get service in Nagaland, but think that many people from Nagaland come to Hindi heartland for jobs but we don't discriminate like that.

But I know many officers in Hindi heartland who are from Northeast. I am not saying that Northeast people are bad. I am just saying that the government doesn't let any outsider serve in powerful posts.
