True fact this interview doesn't goes who it should be special in Nagaland. NPSC interview is no more a legit if you have experience in you know how the system work here. It's either my candidate or our candidate at the end.

@@uchihasasuke9787Bro it's true, they never accept people outside from Nagaland. They will give deliberately give bad marks in interviews to outsiders. Now I know that there is a feeling that why should outsiders get service in Nagaland, but think that many people from Nagaland come to Hindi heartland for jobs but we don't discriminate like that.

@@seemasharmailoveyou2353if you have done your homework you won't be commenting this, check npsc 2022 educational services result 2-3 mainland were selected for assistant professor post, it's easy to blame the system instead of working harder

@@Beaast007 Bro Assistant Professor in a different thing. I am talking about power posts like DSP or SDM. Not even a single outsider is selected. But I know many officers in Hindi heartland who are from Northeast. I am not saying that Northeast people are bad. I am just saying that the government doesn't let any outsider serve in powerful posts.

@@seemasharmailoveyou2353Those posts are only for indigenous inhabitants of Nagaland. It's a state exam, even the Nagas can't appear other's state exam
