Yes L-Lysine supplements are amazing for cold sores, if i feel one coming on I can take 1k mg and prevent it from even forming! And also helps get rid of it faster if it does. I'm bouta take a couple now thanks for the heads up😅

Omg I have a cold sore too now…normally stress or immune system is run down… had them since small…sounds weird… but acetone works like a bomb… dries it out quickly… bit harsh for your skin but works for me, cause always feel so self conscious, and want it gone as soon as possible… normally a week!
