Love the humor, solid tutorial as well. I was especially grateful for the conditioning drills from the rocking tuck. That curved spine hold is what I've always had the most trouble with, and I find this exercise most helpful.
i needed this i have to do a forward roll for a performance in drama and i seemed to just keep hurting my neck and went "yk im probably doing this wrong" and turns out i was lmao
Thanks for this ,I've been trying to get the confidence to do a roll for months and within 10 minutes I got it! I found it important to push through the hands as you roll to stop putting weight on your head!
Thank you so much., it really helps me a lot.. at first i cant do egg roll properly, it takes me sideways when i do it, but now i can do it straight when he said that you should keep ur hands close to your feet.. and now i can do cheerdance with confidence.. thankss again
Id just like to say thank you! I was really struggling with learning a forward roll for an event but this helped me do it. Also had a good laugh. Your great, man!
Thank youuuuu! I've finally done it! Took ages but worth it. My rolls are slightly splayed but otherwise I get the point you made there that you are not supposed to land on your neck. I can't do it before so I tried doing your round back routine to be able to do my rolls properly. And now I'm finally able to do it. Requires more practice to perfect it though 😁
