I don’t quite understand why you think your hack reduces waste. Could you please explain further? I thought the actual mask pads were plant based & biodegradable? That’s how they are advertised as. Your cotton pads are an interesting idea but surely a lot of bleach is used to make those? Then you are cutting them up etc which made me think of easy contamination. I’d love to hear your reasoning as I’m just not getting it.
Hi thanks for your feedback. I fully agree, now that they are biodegradable. This video is kind of old now. Probably needs updating. To my knowledge, they were not biodegradable were when I got mine which was when they were first released & the pad plus the foil wrapping around each individual pad plus the box it came in plus the plastic wrapper around the box the pads came in was all very wasteful I felt. I actually no longer do this either but just use it without a pad… which I think we’d agree is the least wasteful option of all.
For my combo skin is very glowy with skin care Works great with minimum skincare and its my fav skin tint ever. I use shade 5 and doesn’t oxidise on me at all, just neutralises all redness. Perfection.
I have vast lash victoria beckham and LE mascara LE clumps badly on me and it seems on you as well. VB separates lashes nicely makes them elongated a d does not clump or smudge. LE smudges and clumbs badly. Same with eyeliners both brands smudge but LE smudges more and does not last as long. VB is the winner for me
Hi thanks for sharing your thoughts! Unfortunately VBB was one of the absolute worst mascaras on me 🥲 it did nothing to make my lashes look nicer. But it’s nice to hear that it works for you. I find the LE doesn’t clump unless I really pile it on 😆 & the general effect is defined, separated, lengthened & lifted which I really like. Sorry I didn’t demonstrate that well in the video. I also found the VBB to be extremely difficult to remove for a tubing mascara & I lost many lashes with it. As for eyeliner- VBB eyeliner smudges quite bad on me but LE works a lot better with less smudging & lasts longer - we are basically opposite 😄

Thank you for preparing this thoughtful and informative video. I am still collecting feedback on the tint before potentially purchasing it, and I wasn't really sure which pencil or pencils to pick up and why, so your video was very helpful.
T3 is neutral roses, T5 is olive. Red and green nake brown. The mixture is definitely a perfect match. I saw a video with t2,t3,& t4 and I think T2 would have matched you well. I always prefer 2 shades to mix because I'm olive and my shade doesn't exist but I'm hoping to get T5 when I have the funds to buy it. I personally love both shades on you & I don't use powder either lol. 😊
Hi thanks so much for checking this out & for your feedback. So I paint & I find if I mix certain red and green pigments together it tends to make more of a purplish grey/black shade. T2 is yellow based so would have been too yellow for me as I’ve hardly any yellow in my skin tone - it clashes more with my skin than olive does. I hope T5 will work for you when you are able to get it ♥️- I did find it tended to become more yellowish over time as it oxidised. But I can definitely relate to the pains of needing to buy two to mix😆
@theartbeaute ahh yes color theory is one thing but you made a good point about chemistry of the body. I definitely think there is something happening with that. The hand swatches were genius. I haven't seen anyone notice as much. Your video has been most helpful & you did a great job demonstrating the colors on camera 🙂

Thank You for Your review. The first days after the launch I did find just very positive ones on perfect skin. I need more coverage and I saw one photo, where it looked too dry for my mature, normal to dry, dehydrated skin. I didn't buy it and now I'm sure, it was a right decision. I love Lisa and her products, but I need honest reviews. This one will be very good for people with oilier skin, they will be happy.

Yes definitely cream is better for us. I tend not to use liquid stain ones (like Benetint) but only because I find them messy so I can't really comment. But the Chanel Water Fresh Blush I've got on has the same hydrating technology as the original Les Beiges Water Fresh Tint & the Chanel Hydra Beauty lines, which are really nice for dehydrated skin. I haven't used powder blush in probably 10+ years now 😅 Hope that helps! xx

hi, thanks so much for checking it out & for your kind words 🥹. In terms of foundations/complexion makeup - Chanel seems to work well. I never really stick with the same skincare as I like to try new things, but I tend to do a "moisture sandwich", making sure I use a couple watery serums/essences, then moisturiser, then seal it in with an oil. Squalane & glycerin work well for my skin. The description box has links to my favourite skincare & makeup ☺ - hope that helps! xx
Really appreciate the reviews of both the skin tint and the lip liners. I was surprised by how much the skin tint got darker! Good call mixing t3 and t5 otherwise t3 on its own would probably oxidise too pink on you. Shame the formula didn’t work. And you sold me on the lip liners 😂 i’m going to check these out and see which colours i might like!

And the shades look lovely on you ❤ I bought 06:00 which is quite similar to Velvet Blush, and I agree that they do kind of disappear off the lips without leaving any stain behind which isn't my favourite. I did also order 07:00 online but Evri lost my parcel 😑 so I opted for a refund rather than a replacement, I think I'm happier with that decision! Especially since I have Dance Card and I really enjoy that lipstick AND it leaves a stain behind on the lips 😊 I also have a Chanel allure velvet lipstick in the shade La Favourite which is not too far from this colour and it a lot brighter on first swipe but can be blotted down too!

Loved watching this! I agree. I think these lipsticks are a bit underwhelming. But I can’t get over how beautiful 07:00 looked on you! Luckily Dance card is like.. 90% similar (with better formulation too) 😂
