I really admire D-Marine Harbour! What a refreshment after all those shabby Dutch marinas (here and there are exceptions). These people from D-Marine know their business. (Which was not the case at Corfu) Congratulations with finding such a place!
With lot's of interest I followed this episode. I subscribed already earlier and you mentioning the misalignement in the keel, well the is inherent to French building. Also the name of Bruce Farr fell, well he is a splendid designer but (as far as my experience go) not easy to work with. I have an eye on a Farr 50, but if it will come to that is a matter of the future. In another episode I saw the interior of your boat and (my opinion) is almost ideal, particular for couple and kid. I you once have lived on a boat, (I did for 14 years) going back to land is almost impossible. I hate it and if I have the opportunity I return to sea. asap.

Congratulations on the safe arrival of your little girl. Should you ever need it again a second dose of Caster Oil after a couple of hours will almost definitely work. I had my son this way, and my daughter both her children this way, but she did need a second dose of the oil for the second baby.
I agree with your choice. The one tip that I can give you is, if your are installing the heater unit in a small area, use the heater air intake to cool the space where the heater itself is. I have 2 mufflers in a row on my Eberspacher (same) type of system keeps noise down. Also the water hoses from and to the unit should be isolated from the hull by suspending with rubber. The reason is that the hydraulic noise created by the coolant circulation pump transmit noise to the boat hull.
The comment of "especially with a Beneteau" should have given you a clue. A major refit every 10 years? Seriously? The fire BS for lithium is just that. Marine lithium is called LifePo4 and it does not create its own O2, ergo no fire. Also, curious what insurance is costing you.

What a nice boat. Totally different to other Beneteau's. BUT - is she not too big for 2? Or even sometimes single-handed? How is your experience in strong winds and in marinas?

I watch tons of sailing couples and it is so refreshing to see a lady be classy and not be endlessly filming her rear in a thong and crotch shots. You are gorgeous and easy on the eyes but most of all classy . I think the only RU-vid i have seen that is beautiful but classy and interesting to watch in spite of not being full of T&A.
