G'day mate, Welcome to Overland Unknown. I am from Central Queensland, Australia and will be releasing videos of the things I love to do the most, getting out into the outdoors and exploring.
I hope you enjoy my videos, and please leave any comments on my videos that you may have.
Hey bloke, thanks for a great vid. Just wondering how you rate your kings pop up roof tent ? Upper Jamieson hut is my fav spot, good to see you there , i know it is a while ago now. All good to that spot ! Cheers 🤠👌
Will the controller automatically switch to the solar input for charging when available when you shut the car off? Or do you have to manually set the Mode to charge via solar? Very well done video. Kudos...
Your channel is really great. Down to earth, good information, and give a really good feel for each of the places you've visited. I enjoyed every video. This one seems like a wrap-up video, but hopefully not. Hopefully, you'll post again some day.
Mate, great work filming it all. I’m going solo with my son in April and appreciate the track info. It’s nice to see others giving it a go too. Thanks again.
Great video, Grant. Randomly stumbled across this looking for SE QLD camp spots. Had no idea you made these. I worked with you when you were are FARPY, I was on your sister course in OPS, mate. Great to see you making these videos.
Great trip loved the videos I’ve just purchased my 1st Nav are you running a suspension upgrade lift etc ??? your Nav Sat real well over the terrain that you crossed cheers
Awesome video, i grew up in Bonnie Doon and then moved to Delatite. We had horse’s and went up the mountains with our horses. Much faster in the car, i really enjoyed seeing the huts again, thank you for taking me home again. I wish i was there right now. Stay safe out there, i do hope you have a SAT phone or EPIRB. ❤❤❤❤
Hi, im a newview with this stuff. If i want to charge with a 240v charger, can i charge with the battery connected to the box or do i need to disconnect the battery from the box? Cheers
Great tracks, did lots of trail biking all through that area in the mid and late 70s, good to know that its all still accessible, magnificent views from every high point.
my issue as a tech is that you haven't mentioned fuses. Did you install any? Should have fuse from output of battery (near battery) abd then near your load (battery box). Otherwise you run the risk of a short and potential fire.
Brilliant info and looks easy enough for me to give it a go. Thanks heaps. I took a photo of the shopping list for Bunnings. Your introduction was epic !!!
Some beautiful country out there, a bit disappointed at the end though, I used to visit Dago back in my younger days and I was hoping to see what it looked like now, great trip though thank you.
To promote Kroombit Tops National Park in Australia. The Destiny's Child hit Lose My Breathe could be remixed changing the chorus lyric of: 'can you keep up' to 'kroooommmbit tops!' You'll love every krom of it.
