I'm Taryn, a qualified chef and pastry chef with experience in all areas in the kitchen. I first started working in a commercial kitchen environment nearly 20 years ago. I particularly enjoy baking, modifying recipes to make them healthier, and have a special interest in food presentation.

I lived off sandwiches all my life. When I was young, others made them beautifully like you do. Later on mine were more for eating on the run. I love your attention to detail & explanation. Being a vegan hope I get to see some exotic sandwiches with mushrooms, fritters & chili spreads. I love your accent. ❤❤
we sell something similar at my work we call them clubs but i call them party sandwiches although we had a young man call them funeral sandwiches, we use a ix of white and seedy bread, we leave the crust on, on what becomes the bottom of the triangle so they are eaiser to package
Another idea for the crusts is to shake them in a bag with a little oil and seasoning, and bake them for 10 minutes to make crusty fingers that are great with soup or dips. I always separate and label the vegetarian options too 😁
Thank you for your video and tips. However, if you are open to feedback for improvement… tortilla is actually correctly pronounced “ tor- TEE-uh”. The i is more of a long “E” sound and the “ll” is more of a silent sound or a “y” sound as in “yuh”. I hope that helps.
Thanks for your comment, we're in the process of moving countries so my studio is all packed up 😔. We will have 1 more video coming and then a wee break while we travel for 4 months. I just realized because there’s always another video introduced at the end I missed out on “liking” so many of your videos! I went back and liked them all, but maybe the ratio of likes to subscribers maybe increased if you remind people to like the video before moving along? …or something like that. I do love how easy it is to be able to click and carry on too
