The ridiculous thing is that the guards are actually negotiating with these dipsticks. If this was on the continent the police would soon move them on, fine or arrest them. No debating with these fuckwits. A waste of time. Free the guards up to tackle real crime all over Dublin. It's becoming a very dangerous city to walk around day or night, especially for women.
Exactly same situation in my country I am 35 years old ,originally from Russia.17 years I live in Ireland. Respect and like Irish people and country. As I said already ,the same situation in Russia in Enforcement system.But I always say that no all enforcemrnt workers are bad.Most of them good and competent but unfortunately we meet bad workers.Same in Ireland
can i just say a lot of people are just trying to make guards out as cunts when the only reason there doing it is to get something to put online. i ask this iv been stop by guards is it really that hard to be civil whats ur name its not a very harmful question. but the 1 point i want to make when shit gose bad for us who do we call same as the drunks that abuse the ambulance drivers make a choice u want law or not cus them people might get so pissed off one day u might have no one to call

If a policeman is not lawfully investigating the crime on behalf of the male/female victim and is entering YOUR company jurisdiction without you summonsing them, then would it not be advisable to be politely placing YOUR public-servants/trustees under your notification that your company is charging €707 per hour/part-there-of for YOUR company time and also €717 for YOUR company performance?....and that any further communicating (verbal) and/ or corresponding (written) with your company, is with them accepting the terms & conditions of the commercial contract IN THE PRIVATE (the cop/policeman/garda and their CHIEF-COMMISSIONER-POLICE UNION is now with PERSONAL liability....because Notice-to-Agent-is-Notice-to-Principal) This way, you are NOT resisting/refusing to obey/comply with their orders/demands/ questions/ policy, but instead, you are now willing to perform WITH THE CONDITION that payment is with your company immediately, because you have NO CONFIDENCE with them administrating YOUR company trust. THE TRUST IS COLLAPSED...YOUR company is no longer issuing them any extra credit! Are YOU not the executor and the beneficiary of YOUR trust?...making them the trustees, whom are with their fiduciary obligation and duty-of-care to be NOT causing you injury nor damage nor loss nor harm. Please remember that THEIR job is NOT YOUR job and that their company policy is NOT your company policy unless and until they are PAYING for your company time & performance THE TRUST IS COLLAPSED...YOUR company is no longer performing free-of-charge! You may be willing to pursue the matter through the small-claims-court and/or through arbitration which is held in-the-private because PUBLIC court is only for the PUBLIC servant. YOUR TRUST IS NOW WITH RESTORATION....YOUR company is now making money from YOUR public-servants/trustees.
Hes prob as crop as the 4 guards that were arrested ..they took money off the boys ..and they were telling the criminal gangs everything. Lol...its true ..think bout it lol ah stop there all at it them top boys were caught.only 3 weeks ago .....we will never here another word bout it .....
The irish logic *Person commits a crime* Guard tries to arrest the person. The person is resisting arrest. Guard uses a little bit of force. *guards are accused of being horrible scumbags* (yep that seems OK)
Cameras make them stop and think. Without the cameras they would have been in boots first. Any one want to take my statement under the child protection act. Loads of information about a little weasel breaking the law.
I know a garda in Cork who was sending pictures of his new born child to his girlfriend from his wife's bed side. I have the texts. Next time keep your phone down or I'll start adding detail.
So just because they did their duty, a job that you as a citizen and taxpayer pay them to do, makes them decent does it. Yes you're correct that not all are bad, but them actually doing what's part of their job doesn't define them as a decent human being, I guarantee you that if the visit had of being for different reasons, at least in of their attitudes would have being different. However , even the decent ones are just as bad, as they turn a blind eye and allow the corruption to continue. 2 wrongs don't make a right.
