Question! You say it’s sweltering where you are and that your cats stay in the garage.. do you have ac on there for them?? I hate to think they’re baking in a hot garage.... If not, please put on a coat and stand in there for 10 mins and see how it goes.

Beautiful!!! Your garden is amazing this year. It seems to take a new garden about 3 years before the soil is just right. And the rain this year has produced huge tomatoes! Most everything is thriving in the gardens this year! 💖😊

One month to the day of making the tincture (July 27, 2024) I have had my first sip, Believe me, a sip will do it. I have learned that red clover tincture will assist with sleep, I will let you know in the morning zzzzzzzz
yes, your braids are nice and they are nicely out of the way in a crown braid. I cut bangs when I was in my mid-40's and have kept them--brushed to the side. I love that you have kept your hair long, it is pretty. I usually put mine up, twisted into a bun snd secured with a couple of hair sticks or hair forks, preferably wooden ones.
