But I think you could try looking for friends, or communities (whether online or irl) for emotional support (and even better if they can help in other ways too eventually) + trying to look out ways to make some money and start saving little by little. Develop a plan and have patience. But yes, find people you can talk with for support and stay strong. We can do this❤
I do not believe that. THATS HOGWASH. I think it’s simply, a LACK OF SELF CONFIDENCE WITHIN OURSELVES TO BE ABLE TO PERFORM SUCCEED AND BE ALONE. TO FEEL ACCEPTED, VALIDATED AND LOVED. THIS IS ALL BECAUSE WE WERE LEFT IN A LONELY STATE GROWING UP AS CHILDREN. THATS WHY WE ARE IN CONSTANT SEARCH OF HAVING AND EXPERIENCING LOVE. WHEN WE FEEL WE HAVE FOUND IT , WE CLINCH ON SO TIGHT AND GIVE IT OUR ALL. WE ARE THEN SO DEVASTATED WHEN IT , THE PERSON WE LOVE AND THOUGHT LOVED US , FAILS US. WE FEEL SO ABANDONED AND REJECTED. I loved this video very much! I used to be plagued by fear/insecurity/jealousy/ego/lack of self confidence and always judging and comparing myself to others. And now I understand this and thank you for clarifying it for all of us. This love for ourselves and the relationship we have with ourselves is the best relationship we have!

Ive been trying to tap into my sexual/ feminine energy for quite some time, and im not sure if im just looking for a simple step by step manual, but it's hard for me to understand. It wasn’t just meat that healed you, it was all the garbage you stopped eating that helped heal as well. This needs to be looked at as an elimination diet.
She hurt me constantly. She was an avoidant attached personality and constantly stone walled me and ghosted me. Of course she wasn’t initially this way but she slowly became this way. I will always miss her…I tried helping her with her traumas but she refused help.

Going through this right now as of yesterday while my ex isn't serially abusive he's done it a couple times over the course of four years and has been consistently verbally abusive throughout, we broke up once, but got back together when I got into University and now we're living together. I gave him the benefit of the doubt when we got back together that it wouldn't happen, but it's gotten worse, throwing soda in my face, pushing me and punching my arm. I came back home and he looked so guilty and heartbroken, knowing that we can't go on together, we wanted a future together and had so many plans that were just stopped abruptly. He's always been understanding of his behavior it seems, but doesn't know how to deal with my mental health issues ( I struggle with depression and anxiety). Now that we're broken up, but I have to live here until I can find a new place (I'm in my senior year of college), I have no clue what I'm going to do. Even he's said that I need to move out ASAP or else we risk getting back together, idk what to do.

All of this. Yoga somehow peer pressured me to be vegan. After depression and breaking a tooth I’m back on a balanced diet including meat and never felt better lol about to get some liver 😉
