I literally said “DUDE” out loud while watching this. You really spoke to me in this video, and I love the metaphor of repetitive thoughts as a “headline”. We really do tell ourselves stories, and they can be deathly convincing. Thoughts are powerful. You articulate emotions so well, and I feel the genuine intention behind your words.
