Hey, Melo: I wanted to share with you my new single. Please check out the synth bass that I'm pitch-bending - you totally had a big influence on not only this song, but the entire album in terms of going with your authentic self. I wanted to blend ideas from Jewish mysticism with rap and pop - that's CRAZY sounding, but I didn't have the guts to try it until I ran across your videos and watched your joy in music making. I'd love a comment about this song. I know a few months back, between AI and issues with R and B popularity, you were questioning yourself a bit. For what it's worth, you really helped me bring out my true vision. Thank you! Here's a link to my song. Cheers: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-arQ1lYoGJd8.html
Hey bro. Thanks for sharing that. It really means a lot. I'm glad I was able to help out a little. Comments like yours continually give me hope in the future of authentic music. I'm heading over to check your song out now. Thanks again my brother! 🙏🏾✊🏾
@@melotheproducerIf you get a chance, please let me know what you think! I know it’s a lot harder than your style, but I hope you can pick up some of the r and b connections to your own jams. Cheers!
I can literally put 1000 sounds, riffs, licks, etc., in my track and it wouldn't be too much because it's my track and that's the way I decided to produce it. That same track could have too much going on if you made it and you decided it were too much. It's up to the creator to decide how he wants to express himself. Btw, I'm not a gospel musician.
The same principles you mentioned I follow too I out my heart and soul in what I do. I love this channel and praise Jesus for the gifts we get to share with the world.
Thanks bro. Yeah same here. I thank God every day for allowing me the opportunity and ability to do what I love and share it with others. I appreciate your support fam. It means a lot. 🙏🏾✊🏾
I just came across you're videos and im an aspiring producer myself...Dont know if you're in the game already but My G you got major hits on your hands!..like multi platinum and grammy level hits..again im just aspiring producer but i love music especially when it creats dofferent moods and has a lot of depth to it such as yours...keep grinding we need creative and expressive music mind s back on the game not just mouse clickers and note placers!
I know it would time consuming, but have a contest with vocalist making a song to one of your beats. Audiodopebeats mentioned working in the studio with an artist. That could be the prize. BTW your flow is amazing. I could listen all day. Great work bro!!!
Love the information you gave in this video bro! I definitely feel the life experience you bring in your music, I can tell. Those chords and melodies are telling a story full of emotions, beautiful. As always, thanks for the inspiration! 🔥🙏✊🏼
Just wanna give you your 💐 again, bro - in the midst of all this “assembly line/mediocre” production out here, you always bring that “home cooked meal” feeling! Would it be possible to get a video in the future of you working with an artist in the studio and we see the whole step-by-step of you making a song from scratch with him/her? Like vocal production, arranging, all that good stuff… 🙏🏾
Thanks brother. That really means a lot. That's something I have coming very soon. I'm looking forward to it myself because that'll actually be a very fun video to do. There's just a lot more that goes into that type of video, so it takes a little time. But I'll definitely do that. Thanks again bro! 🙏🏽✊🏽
A lot of third party vst instruments don't have the inbuilt undo/redo button yet. This used to be a feature in cubase 12 but the company has removed it from v13.
Is that cubase 13? How do you undo and redo changes made in vst instruments which don't have this functionality built in? I'm trying to switch from Logic Pro and this is really basic feature that I haven't figured out in Cubase 13.
I'm an Asian guy from Taiwan stumbles upon this. Really appreciate your message in the video, this gives me much more confidence since I want to learn to produce RnB music. Definitely going to check your other clips. bravo
You’re one of the VERY few producers out there who actually know the method behind the madness. A lot of these kids are making tutorials on 90’s rnb which is actually fire, but have no clue on theory, passing chords, how to play an instrument, or humanizing the midi velocity to atleast make it sound realistic. It’s impressive what they pull off don’t get me wrong But it’s more impressive that you actually know the technique behind what it is you do. 💪
Thanks bro. I started playing keys as a church musician. It was just my brother on drums and me on keys, so I wanted to add a little extra by playing key bass on a second keyboard. And because I wasn't very experienced at first, I hid my lack of chord knowledge by just having fun with the bass. If I can give a tip, I'd say to just play bass along with some of your favorite songs and just have fun with it. Thanks again bro. 🙏🏾✊🏾
