How to make more beats (a simple method you can start using right now). Making an R&B and Gospel beat. Instagram: / melotheproducer Facebook: / melowriterproducer Beats: www.theclassic...
You be killing it, that guitar part is dope. I just think it's a lip busy arangement. Would have to carve on a space for a vocal. Love that you have the chops and not drawing it in on the piano rool.
I appreciate it bro. Definitely would turn that sine lead down in the mix if I were putting some vocals over it. (Or I'd put a low pass filter on it.) Thanks for checking it out bro. 🙏🏾🙏🏾
I used Arcade for a while, but I really don't like the idea of never actually owning the software. I've been using Duets and Glaze a lot lately instead.
@melotheproducer I was just cooking up some good music, bro. Recently, I've been experimenting with alot of different genres like UK drill, liquid dnb, house, rnb... I will never forget what you said to me about never being able to run out of ideas. I've been pushing through these last couple of months. My goal for 24 is to start uploading high-quality content. Hopefully, I can join you at the top fam! Peace
@@JSoulKeys That's great to hear bro. You really do have a lot to offer bro. You're a very talented producer and musician. I made a goal at the beginning of this year to really push and this coming year I'm taking it further. Set a goal and keep pushing so you can look back and be proud. You definitely won't be disappointed bro. 💪🏾
@melotheproducer gotcha man. Your progress has been incredible and inspiring. You are an extremely dope producer with rare gifted hands, fam! honestly, man, you really helped me out this year. A lot of people don't offer a helping hand in this harsh world. So thank you and I'll see you in the new year, my bro!
Niccce!!! I use that same technique with sample... especially when I had my ASR-10... Sounds good tho... I just recently used the same sample on my MPC, and sped up the tempo and flipped the sample differently... Sooo, now 1st can be the Regular version, and the 2nd could be "The Remix"... lol #Salute and Happy Holidays to you and yours Bro!!!
Thanks bro! Nice idea...There are so many ways to use this to not only speed up workflow, but to also jump in real quick and get inspired. If you just pull up a quick template and just throw your hands on that keyboard (or MPC in your case), you never know what you might create. It's a sure way to find inspiration when you have a proven set of sounds already laid out for you. Thanks for checking the video out and happy holidays to you and yours bro! 🫡
Two great beats bro, love it! 💫 I'm usually using a certain structure when creating a beat but at the end it always depends where the flow brings me. It's mainly all about feelings and mood. I would be curious to know which were/are your musical inspirations.😉
Thanks bro! 🙏🏾 I can hear that in your beats, which is a good thing. Your beats all have your signature sound, while still being individually unique. I have soooo many musical inspirations, but it's not just that they inspire my sound. I draw a lot of my inspiration from their dedication, their drive, honesty, purpose, work ethic, etc. People like Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Brian McKnight, Rodney Jerkins, Kanye West, Timbaland, Quincy Jones, Pattie Labelle, Aretha Franklin, Chaka Khan, I could literally go on all day lol.
@@melotheproducer I really appreciate the feedback, thanks bro! 🙏 Yes indeed, the list can be very long. 😅Everyone mentioned is a legend, the greats!! If you think about how much impact their music and artistry had on people it's just incredible.
I appreciate it bro. 🙏🏾 I pull sounds from different kits, but the ones in these beats are from the Trap kit in MPC (Factory) as well as some different random drums from around 2006. But I usually end up tweaking my drums at least a little. Thanks for checking it out bro. 🙏🏾✊🏾
