In 2014 I met with an accident which left me bedridden for months. This was the time when I was completely off the gym and I hit 100kg again. I had no option left, except following a diet regimen. I lost 20 kg initially, but I regained all of it in the next 6 months. I was frustrated. To make things worse, I was diagnosed with cervical spondylitis and a ligament tear in my knee. The gym was out of the question.
It was then that I decided to unlock this weight-loss mystery myself. I quit a high paying corporate job, the kind that one bags after an MBA from a Tier-1 college, and took up MSc in fitness and nutrition.
I worked with Manipal Hospital Bangalore and many health and fitness centers before venturing out on my own and started Fitelo. That’s how I learned how by being mindful of what you eat, you can maintain your weight and a healthy lifestyle.
This 5kg weigh loss is only honeymoon period weight loss as body don't have habbit and majorly water weight. Better if you can share percentage loss in fat. But not understand how losing 4inches. Is it only from belly or other parts of body also
