you’ve done so much in terms of making exercises for the upper back easier to understand, and I’m now starting to feel results, you are much appreciated 💪💯
This is amazing. I’m 23 and I had pain on the left side for a week and I’m travelling tomorrow. Thought to hop on RU-vid to see if there is any videos cuz it wasn’t going away with stretching and rest. Just doing the demonstration along with you helped a lot I don’t feel the knot and pain anymore❤ Thank you😊
I think that most of pain anywhere, we favour one side over the other. Over and over again. If we used both sides of our bodies it will feel less painful. I have got a pinched nerve so many times in my life. We just don’t or can’t what’s best for the over use of one side ,,unless your a monkey… who are agile. Because they are ambidextrous. Where humans generally are not …
GUYS I think the studies are wrong since they rely probably on EMG. If you look at body builders who focus on growing this muscle they do deep squats, or assisted sissy squats (hold something and squat on your toes so you can touch your knees to the ground). Also think about it runners basically do a bunch of single leg quarter squats so it would make sense what they are missing is deep squats.
Dude I think this was it, I've had it for like 2 years in a little lower spot (still around the spine, scapula and trap) and tried some things very inconsistently but maybe this is it. I'll try to keep it up to see how it evolves. Thx!
This was helpful and I felt a great stretch . Ever since I started this new job it’s SO stressful and I have the worst pains here now. It’s almost unbearable.
What’s an explanation, technique, daily routine that someone with 18 different injuries which each require similar but different PT likely for life, additionally allowing mental health wellness relief ? How do people in my condition not continually wonder what it’s like if the injury didn’t happen in such a way that I have so much suffering but worse just killed me or better have healed up by now…,? Fml depression on top of non resolving injuries, and sprinkle some overall bad luck on top. Man, I love life. I wish i wasn’t suffering. But, I’m not selfish enough to be free from my suffering because I don’t want to cause undue suffering by the ones I love . Why the f is life like this. Life sucks ugh
I did this stretch about 5 days ago, the pain went away for like 3 days, but then i resumed work and now its throbbing again. Pain is not as bad and it has travelled upwards, but there is still discomfort and soreness. I'm going to keep stretching though. Nothing i can do about sitting at a desk since its my job but hopefully, i can get fully healed soon. Thank you so much
