Review: Did the first 2 for a month, cuz i my right shoulder isn't as mobile as as my left, like i can touch the back of my right shoulder with my left arm but couldn't do the opposite (my right arm couldn't even do half of what my left can do), This actually improved my mobility and it didn't even take much time

Could you please upload a video for pain in shoulder blades I have suffering from this last 15 years tried everything massage, physio acupuncture treatment but nothing worked it came back again I have all the times stiffness and tightness on my rhomboid and infraspinatus muscle I am so tired now this pain 24/7 please help me

I also use coffee enemas, herbal tea enemas, and yoga for shoulder pain.
