I'm a Father, a Husband, a Son, a Brother, a Firefighter, a Paramedic, an Entrepreneur, I'm a self proclaimed "Lifestyle Coach", Strength and Exercise Coach, Nutrition and Lifestyle Adviser, Motivational Speaker (Mostly to myself) but I've vast experiences across the board in life from Sports, Fitness, Strength Training and Coaching, PTSD, Depression, Attempted Suicide, Drug and Alcohol Abuse, I've travelled a lot of the world but some of the craziest places have been within.
I get so frustrated by the Overwhelming, Misleading and often Contradictory information being prescribed as Health, Exercise, Lifestyle and Nutrition.
My aim is to take some pain and confusion out of better life, exercise and food choices without the bullshit. Take a Look. You'll either Love me or Hate Yourself ;-)
Seán Rooney, 24, from Newtowncunningham, Co Donegal, was in one of two armoured vehicles that came under fire while travelling to Beirut last December. He was the first Irish soldier to die while on UN peacekeeping duty in Lebanon in more than 20 years. Thank you sean for keeping us safe my prayers go to your family buddy 😢

Came across a fiend once in the actual act of hanging himself. .without thinking I lit on him without coming up for a breath. I'd no way of understanding why or how he was feeling to try and do such a thing. .
You go thru all that on a daily basis and still ya have the best of personality all i can say is fair fucks to ya for pulling yourself together. Im actually in tears looking at this because people just see firemen and don't hazard a thought about what they go thru
You wernt talking shite u felt like that because of your job and people are to quick to dismiss what you as firefighters go through on a daily basis I've a best friend that's a fireman and I'll never forget the night he rang me and told me of an horrific call he went to. This big guy that was never ever emotional cried like a baby down the phone to me and I'll never forget it till my dying day. The Firemen up in tallaght were amazing to me and my Mam on numerous occasions and there's not enough help out there for yeez. It should b the case that there's a councilor in each station for yeez let it be because of a call or because ur goin thru shit at home someone should be available for yeez to open up to Ps I added ya on fb
@@AccessFitnessDublin I just watched the above & EP3 again and was a bit emotional, thank god you never went through with it. I know in the past when triggered you coped with alcohol /pills etc but what do you do now? Thanks
