Remember that time you went to kill yourself?
This was how a chap I barely knew started a conversation with me one time and I don't know what you think about it but I think it's fantastic. I'm creating safe spaces for people from all walks of life to feel comfortable talking about their own Mental Health, Depression, PTSD, Alcohol or Drug Abuse or whatever other issues they may have.
It doesn't matter if you're Black, White, Asian, Male, Female, any age, Firefighters, Paramedics, Military, Doctors, Nurses, Police or anybody.
We're all human and we're all in this together.
Here's the first part of my story.
