Not sure why you use boxes for everything. Use vinyl bags for clothing and have your customers pay for shipping. You are cutting your profit big time! I just came by your video today and I am not sure of your method methods. Why do you use peanuts on clothes and shoes?!
I do use bags for quite a few things. Price point delegates if I use a box. I don’t like to send a $100 item in a poly bag. I’ve been doing this awhile, my return customers are very happy with the way I offer free shipping and take care in the packaging. It just works best for me. I incorporate shipping into my prices. I sell a lot of items, I just feel it works best for me.
Depending on size of shoe 10/6/4 or 10/6/6 for women’s boots will be larger as well as bigger size shoes. Purses vary as well. 10/10/5 or 15/10/6 for the most part.
Been watching for a while but just noticed you give free shipping!! Holy cow that's a big portion of your profits. I'm sure you calculate it into your listing prices (which are already super good deals and so low), but its still a lot out of pocket.

Hi, always happy to find videos on shipping! Good hint to place cardboard in with items to protect and stiffen them. Hate to point it out but using Priority mail products is not legal unless you are shipping via priority. Boo Hiss. On my screen I can't see your details so you might be shipping Priority but if you were, I'd also use their free tyvek envelopes. :-) I've even asked about using pre-used boxes inside and got the big no. Now with Ground being the usual best choice, so much Priority supplies are going to waste....so I don't blame you for using them up. Just be aware that it could come back to bite you. Great sales!
