Just curious, why are your fees and shipping cutting half your profits? Like you had a pair of shoes you sold for $27 but you said after fees and shipping you were left with $14. Is there a higher fee for selling shoes on eBay? Do you give free shipping? I’m just learning and appreciate your video either way. Thanks.
Fees on shoes are 12.35%. This doesn't include any promoted listing fees (if they apply). We promote all of our items at a fixed 5% so sometimes our final fee amount will be around 17.35%. Cost of goods varies from $1 up to $15 on shoes depending on the style, type of shoe. "Free shipping" is really just a term. We factor in shipping along with the price of the item. Hope that helps!
