It must be Maine real estate people because this is the only people I see put 50 plus acres when it's only it's a acre plus no what's one is it is it an acre a group plus you're saying 2 different things
I think this person meant to say that United Country says "50±" acres and he/she is expecting 50 acres or more but we all now these are estimates, it could be 50 or 49 or 52 acres. But anyway, good job, I like your videos!
it's in the description about electrical. doesn't mention HOA but they're less common in Maine. There may be a road association to maintain the roads during winter if the town of Holden doesn't maintain it.
This is one of those lots on Brewer lake you see a few homes valued at 1 million or more built on the lake . I don't think anyone is going to buy that to put up a camp . I need to hit the lottery 😀. Nice lot and presentation

Nice property, but wait! The owner wants you to buy it from her, but doesn't want to leave?? She wants to live there for free??? Oh my goodness, seems like whoever buys this is just asking for trouble! Why doesn't she just retain a small portion of land that isn't included in the sale and move her little cabin there....or do as she pleases on her own little piece of property?? That whole idea makes this property unappealing. I ask myself if she is feeling entitled because that seems extremely unreasonable to ask someone to buy your property but allow you to stay on it for free??? I don't get that, unless it's your mother or relative! ha! Brings back nightmares of a property we purchased some years ago. The owner had spent a lifetime there.....raised their family...etc. Even though they moved off the property, they made it very difficult for us to repaint, redecorate, and especially landscape to our taste! Plus, they kept coming back several times a month digging up bushes and bulbs, then going through our garage looking for things they might have left behind. They went to our church, which made it very difficult to tell them to stop, but finally we had to. There was a story behind every flower, every bulb, every rock and every tree...which was touching....but ultimately caused us so much frustration and made us feel like criminals for any changes to our own property. There were no conditions in our property purchase that gave the former owner permission to stay or come back on the property at will and it was still a dilemma for us......I'd warn anyone not to go for that deal!
