안녕하세요 지금에서야 후지 리뷰를 보게되었습니다 전체적으로 여러 리뷰를 보다 보니 드는 생각이 fuji x-t4 바디만 구입하고 따로 여러 다양한 렌즈를 구입해도 좋겠다는 생각이 이 영상을 보면서 듭니다 어댑더를 구입해서 기존에 가지고 있는 캐논 랜즈를 써도 좋을듯 한데 먼저 의견을 듣고 싶습니다 그리고 아직 모든 영상을 다 보지는 못했는데 후지 x-t4 에 대한 장단점이 있는 영상이 있는지 궁금하네요 ... 정말 감사합니다
감사합니다~ 보통 하시는 작업이 영상인가요 아니면 사진인가요? 저는 둘다 하는 편인데 직업은 영상쪽이라 캐논 렌즈들은 워낙 예전부터 써서 그냥 손에 익어서 그런거 같아요. 후지렌즈들은 솔직히 MF가 그렇게 확실하게 포커스 랜딩이 잘 안되는거 같아요. 약간 겉도는 느낌이랄까요? AF 는 캐논 렌즈들도 나쁘지 않게 잘 됩니다. 어떤 쪽의 일을 하시는지 알려주시면 답변 드리겠습니다. 감사합니다.
@@JJKim 답변 정말 감사합니다 저는 사진쪽이고 앞으로 사진쪽으로 계속 생각하고 있습니다 이전에 캐논 오막삼 5D mark 3 를 사용했는데 어느날 제가 가장 좋아하는 타츠오 스즈키라는 사진가 에 의해 후지 카메라 100v 를 접하게 되면서 최 근래 완전 후지카메라에 빠지게 되었습니다 그러면서 지금은 후지카메라만 사용하고 있는데 영상에도 관심이 많아 ( 아직은 거의 초보단계) 앞으로 사진뿐만 아니라 영상으로도 공부하려고 합니다 그래서 물론 다른 더 좋은 영상을 위한 카메라가 있지만 지금 현재로는 완전 후지 카메라에 빠져 아마 앞으로 정말로 큰 실망만 없다면 모든사진 영상 작업을 후지 카메라 안에서 하려고 생각하니 후지 T4를 구매하려고 합니다 사진뿐만 아니라 영상 두마리 토끼를 다 잡고 싶지만 그래도 전 사진이 너무 좋습니다 ㅎㅎ 제가 생각하기엔 사진적으로는 분명 후지카메라가 문제 없다고 생각하고 하는데 아무튼 아직까지는 캐논이 편하지만 아마도 앞으로는 무조건 후지 카메라를 사용할것 같아서요 말이 너무 길고 이리갔다 저리 갔다해서 죄송합니다 암튼 정말 감사합니다 답변
@@Cutiefromstastudios 아닙닌다! 이런 대화 나누라고 유투브도 있고 SNS도 있는게 아닐까요? ㅎㅎ 저도 사진기는 캐논을 제일 오래쓰고 다음에 쏘니 한 3-4년 썼어요. 후지가 메뉴얼 다이얼이 예뻐서 사시는 분들도 많지만 저는 다이얼 그냥 lock해 놓고 한번 돌려본적이 없습니다. 그냥 보통 카메라 쓰듯이 써요. XS10도 XT4랑 비슷한 기능이 많지만 가격이 좀더 착해서 사람들이 마니 사는거 같기도 해요. 인스타 있으시면 맞팔해요 im.jjkim 이 제 아이디 입니다~
@@JJKim 답변 정말 감사합니다 인스타는 있지만 제가 관리가 아직 안되어서 ㅎㅎ 조만간 정리하면 바로 연락드리고 맞팔 하겠습니다 저는 100v 그리고 S10은 가지고 있습니다 제가 듣기론 후지카메라는 특별히 상위 기종의 의미가 다른 카메라들 보다는 없다고 하는데 모르겠습니다 물론 s10과 T4 도 물론 당연히 차이가 있겠지만 그래도 나름 비슷한 위치라고 리뷰들을 하시던데 저는 지금은 영상을 배워가는 위치지만 멀리 보고 나가려는 부분이 있습니다 예를 들면 사진 그리고 영상 두가지 모두를 잡고 싶은데 물론 이건 그냥 목표일뿐이고 일단 먼저는 사진입니다 정말 최고의 사진작가 최고의 사진을 남기고 싶고 그리고 가능하다면 최고의 영상도 만들고 싶은 욕심만 많은 ㅎㅎ 암튼 T4를 구입해서 그것을 가지고 최고의 사진 그리고 최고의 영상을 만들고 싶은데 JJ 님께 드리는 의견은 후지 T4를 통해 과연 가능한지 의견을 듣고 싶습니다 하지만 저도 알지만 카메라도 중요하지만 카메라는 잡고 있는 사람의 감각 그리고 기술이 중요하다는걸요 ㅎㅎ 그냥 카메라만 가지고 의견 부탁드립니다 물론 더 좋은 다른 카메라 소니 캐논으로 가면 좋겠지만 저의 목표는 후지카메라를 가지고 저의 꿈을 이루고 싶어서요 ㅎㅎ
안녕하세요. 정말 신기하네요 ㅎㅎ 저는 현재 gh5 유저입니다. 영상을 공부하고 있는 학생인데요. 사진에도 관심이 생겨서 lx100 시리즈 카메라를 찾을때 처음 채널에 방문했는데 이번에 짐벌용 카메라를 검색하다가 t-3에 fringer pro 어댑터 af 테스트 영상을 보다가 jj님의 채널에 다시 방문했습니다. 비슷한 고민에 비슷한 카메라에 관심을 공유한 것 같아서 신기합니다 ㅎㅎ 앞으로 jj님의 생각이 더 궁금해지고 계속 찾아볼 것 같아요~(Hello. That's amazing. I am currently a gh5 user. I'm a student studying video. I was also interested in photography, so I visited the channel for the first time when I was looking for the lx100 series camera, and I was looking at the test video of the fringer pro adapter af on t-3 and visited the channel again. It's amazing that we shared similar concerns and interest in similar cameras. I'm more curious about what you think. I think I'll keep looking for this channel~)
Q버튼이 꽤나 사이드로 쏠려 있어서 바로 그 왼쪽 다이얼로 설정해 두었는데, 편하더라구요. Q버튼은 다른 걸로 설정하고요. 좀 더 직관적인 다이얼 배치도 좀 필요하고, 버튼들이 너무 평면적이라 누를려면 힘이 들어가는 것도 살짝 불편하긴 했습니다. 영상 잘 봤습니다. 영상 또 올려주시면 좋겠네요 ㅎㅎㅎ
@@JJKim 뭐 기본적으로 색감도 모자라서 후작업 해줘야 하고요 Jpeg이요. 기기 이상인지 파일 이상인지 펌웨어 업데이트도 못하고 있네요. 알게 모르게 자잘하게 모자라는 부분이 보여서 두어번 들고 다니다 박싱 해서 매물로 내놨습니다. 말씀하신대로 막 찍고 폰카보다 좋은건 맞습니다만요.
@@abuhamza3681 모 세상에 정답 없는거 중 하나가 카메라이긴 하죠. 저는 그 어떤 카메라로 찍어도 후작업은 반드시 하고요, RAW 파이들이 있는걸로 알고 있는 이 카메라에 왜 JPG만 있다고 하시는지도 잘 모르겠고요. 취향에 안 맞으셨다면 또 맘에 드시는 카메라도 있겠죠, 분명히. 저는 제 관점과 경험으로 말씀 드린거구요, 또 두어번 들고 다닌 거하고 1-2년 많이 사용한거 하고는 또 다를수 있으니깐요. 답글 감사드립니다.
You can't expect auto-aperture still lenses to smoothly change the aperture. A digitally controlled declicked iris would be very expensive to implement.
thank you for watching! not from the top button, but you can add video compression to your "My Menu" item, so that when you click "menu", it will show up on the top of the menu items. I've been using "my menu" and add some of menu items I use most often there so that I dont waste time looking for it.
I saw different video as well and it seems to be only stepping when the f stop is on auto. So they fixed 2/3rd's of the stepping problem. Hopefully one more update and it will all be fixed
J T I wonder if that’s fixable through firmware though? The stopping is more of the actual lens mechanism I heard. Might be a good thing to check the fact or ask directly to Fujifilm.
A sensor can change settings, such as exposure time and gain (iso) very fast, faster than 1/30 sec or even 1/500 sec in some models. It can also change RGB gain (color matrix values) to handle changes in color balance very fast. These will work fine in auto mode for regular frame rates. Most modern sensors have good performance with auto gain (ISO). If the shoot has high demands, such as constant noise character, it' probably is a professional shoot where nothing is auto. An auto aperture mode depends on the mechanics and control electronics of the lens. It has nothing to do with firmware really. In manual cine lenses, manual aperture control can handle some problematic scenes because the iris is smooth and continuous in its changes, but in photo lenses, the aperture changes are always stepped. It cannot be done in a single frame time. It can't be done manually, and it can't be done automatically/electronically. It also changes depth of field which looks strange. Changing the exposure time in video does not make much sense either. If there is motion, and there usually is, from panning or a moving subject it will look very strange.
Just got my x-t4 with 16-80 lens and I noticed noise from the camera body or lens (not sure yet) while filming. Sounds the same in this clip. Is the background noise from the camera?
@@JJKim From the start of the video, there is a background humming sound. My x-t4 body is making a similar sound and every time I record something indoors the internal mic is picking it up and making the sound unusable. I did some online digging and it seems to be the IBIS. It would be great to know if your x-t 4 is making any humming sound while turn on? On the other hand if I go into playback mode I can hear a click and the humming sound is gone. This should be some kind of a "system" locking the IBIS.
ivo mitt that humming noise is actually from my custom PC. It has a very loud fab noise but the camera body. I will check out the audio you are talking about.
@@JJKim Dont want to bother you too much about it but did you hear any sound coming from the ibis? If you listen in where the lens connects to the body?
So I went to the local Fuji store and played around with a second XT4. A bit of sound is expected from the IBIS and if you go into playback mode then you can hear a click which locks the ibis. All perfectly normal.
if you meant the AF on face/eye detection, i didn't see any major improvement. when i was filming the other day (footage coming soon), it missed a few times. please note that with a mask on, it will lose your eye but still focus on you as a object.
Man, I wish Fuji would bring out a range of video lenses, I've been on fuji since the XT2 and while the stepping doesn't really bother me, every now and then I would like to use auto fstop. Great video again mate.
I was surprised to see some negative comments on Fufjirumor about videographers... I really doubt if Fujifilm would do anything too big with their lens toward video people.. they are known for sticking to their tradition and style.. maybe, who knows, man. thanks for watching!
I mean, the have the MK line. It doesn't get any more video centric than that, lol I would love if they could fix the stepping via aperture on the stills lenses, but stuff like a real focus clutch aren't likely to happen, for a lot of reasons. I would love a Olympus-style pull back focus ring, like the 17mm f1.8, but the added cost and complexity really serves a pretty small audience. If I desperately need good manual focus, I can always just grab an old lens and an adapter after all.
JJ Kim was reluctant to use X-T4 auto settings due to the stepping issue but your tests showed that the problem is mainly related to auto aperture. 👍🏻 Great.
I usually shoot all manual video but I'll use auto iso for some bits and pieces now, like random travel video clips and less static shots. The shutter and aperture can remain fixed, for other reasons, and the iso shift will give me the transitions I need now :)
I noticed a difference with my 16-55 & 18-55 after updating to 1.03, however using my Sigma 18-35 with Fringer Pro 2 was nowhere near as bad how it come out for your test, not even before the update, what fringer adapter is that? I will be testing my 16 1.4 in low light over the weekend

Amazing Review, i wish you could also do a review of New TOKINA atx-i 11-20, another youtube reviewed of TOKINA atx-i 11-16 it was hunting focus the same as old one, so wondering this new 11-20 might be any good!

Nice video, thank you 👍🏼. I also programmed in the frame rate to a function button. I purchased the X-T3 and X-T4 and kept the made in Japan X-T3. For me I prefer the less fiddly screen of the X-T3 (I don't vlog or do selfies) and love the tilt screen for street photography. If Fuji is making a true hybrid they should do the tilt/articulating screen of the S1H and everyone would be happy. I wish it had IBIS for primes and vintage lenses, but I'll work around that with a gimbal or OIS lenses for now and buy the X-T4 on sale or the next iteration. Mostly comes down to personal preference...you can't go wrong with either one and the images straight out of Fuji cameras can't be beat.
I hear ya. I feel like I hear a lot of Fuji users saying XT4 should've really been XH2. this is my very first Fujifilm camera to use and I was just excited about the camera itself after comparing it to Canon R and Sony A series. I do agree with you on tilt screen and I do find XT3 screen type better for still photography. Thanks for sharing your input!
@@JJKim You're welcome. It's my first Fujifilm camera too and I'm liking it a lot. This was a tough decision. I'll probably eventually cave in and get a camera with IBIS for handheld video there were other notable improvements for hybrid shooters including the dual photo/video switch and menu system.
